With three bedrooms (Japanese and Western styles), the villa accommodates up to 9 guests—ideal for families or groups.
Relax in the private bath with natural hot spring water sourced from within Zao Sansuien, available exclusively to Gaia Resort guests.

Hot plates and similar cooking appliances are prohibited. Please cook only in the kitchen.

Report any damage (e.g., broken dishes) to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station.

Child Policy

Children aged 2 and above are charged the same rate as adults.

Children under 2 stay free but are not provided with bedding or towels. If bedding is required, please include the child in the guest count when booking.

[Neighborhood Quiet Hours]
The villa is in a residential area with many permanent residents.
Please avoid loud conversations outdoors, especially at night.
No outdoor talking on the terrace between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Violations may result in immediate eviction.

Late check-in (after 20:00) is possible but limited. Contact us in advance.

A gate at the Zao Sansuien entrance requires a remote key (provided at check-in).
Guests cannot enter Nina Zao directly without first checking in.

Nina Zao is a 7-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no transportation service from the check-in location to the villa.

Check-out: 7:30–10:00
Early check-out (before 7:30) must be requested in advance.
Late check-out is not available.

[BBQ & Fire Restrictions]
BBQs, fireworks, or any open flame are strictly prohibited within Zao Sansuien, including on the villa’s deck.

Guests wishing to BBQ may use the designated facility:
Wild Zao Village – 1 minute by car from the Zao Sansuien gate.

A private community with pristine nature. Enjoy walks along the Matsukawa River with views of the Zao Mountains.
The name "Seseragi no Sato" (Village of Murmuring Streams) comes from the clear stream where fireflies still thrive.

Experience nature's palette through the seasons—lush spring greens, vibrant summer foliage, colorful autumn leaves, and the serene white of winter.
Birdwatchers will appreciate the abundance of wild birds.

Zao Sansuien is patrolled every two hours at night for your safety.
