With three bedrooms, this rental villa is convenient for groups or families.

A large 75-inch TV in the living room and a 100-inch projector in the master bedroom upstairs. This provides a great environment for enjoying powerful sound and images, and NETFLIX is also available. We recommend having a TV in every room.

Bathrooms scented with cypress. Natural hot spring water in
the black granite bathtub is free-flowing. Enjoy meals and
gatherings at the zelkova dining table.

Enjoy a luxurious holiday in nature, hot springs, sound and
images of the four seasons in the Zao mountain range.

●About the rooms.
RINKA is a two-storey holiday rental villa with a natural hot
spring, offering three bedrooms and three bedrooms.

Ground floor.
Living room
Gather in front of the 75-inch large-screen TV to enjoy your
favourite movies and music. *Air-conditioning available.

□Dining room & kitchen.
The dining kitchen is located next to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a system kitchen and oven,
a BALMUDA toaster, rice cooker and other cooking utensils and tableware for the number of people staying. *No foodstuffs or condiments are provided. Please bring your own.

[Please note that no hotplates, etc. are allowed.]
Hotplates and similar items are not permitted.
Please cook only in the kitchen. Please make sure that no
odours or grease remain.

Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and
return them to their original place. If you break a plate,
please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or
Visitor Station.

□Japanese room
This tatami room is adjacent to the living room and dining
room. When the shoji screens are closed, the room can be
used as a calm Japanese-style bedroom (3 sets of futons).
Air-conditioning and TV are available.

□Bathroom (natural hot spring)
In the cypress-scented bath, guests can enjoy natural hot
spring water from the source. Enjoy luxurious spa time in the black granite bathtub.

Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available in the bathroom.

□2Toilets (with hot-water washing toilet seats)

■2nd floor
Western-style room (1) (2 single beds)
100-inch projector available. This room is like a private mini-theatre where you can enjoy powerful images and sound while lying comfortably on the bed.

Western-style room (2 single beds)
Another Western-style room with a large-screen TV.

Although we have prepared an environment where you can
enjoy powerful sound and images, please keep the volume
low at night. Please be considerate of neighbouring residents.

Other facilities.
Wi-Fi: Free of charge.
FF gas heaters: 2 on the ground floor and 1 in each of the bedrooms on the second floor (for safety reasons, please ensure
adequate ventilation). Do not use continuously for long periods of time).
Washing machine: in the bathroom changing room.

Accommodation.
RINKA is a rental villa that can be rented out in its entirety and can accommodate up to 7 people. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

If there are five or more guests, an additional fee will be charged for each additional person from the fifth person onwards.

Children's rates
Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided.

Amenities.
Towels and toothbrushes will be set in your room upon arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights.
1-2 nights: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel each.
3-4 nights: 2 each of bath and face towels
5-6 nights: 3 each of bath and face towels

Please do not take home towels that have been pre-set.
*If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental
(330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece) (available at the Visitor Station = check-in location from 9AM-8PM).

Please bring the following items from the visitor station when
you check in or between 9AM and ８PM if necessary
(we do not deliver to your room).
-shaving razor, cotton swabs, body towel, hairbrush

■About check-in
As a rule, please check in between ３PM and ８PM
Please note that check-in is possible after ８PM, but there are
times when it is not possible to accept guests.

Check-in location
The check-in location depends on your arrival time. You will be informed of the details after your booking has been confirmed.

RINKA is located in Zao Sansuien, a villa management area.
There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien and guests are required to open the gate with the remote control key given to them at check-in. It is not possible to enter RINKA directly
without passing through the gate.

RINKA is a two-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle or taxi dispatch service from the check-in
point to RINKA. Please arrive by car.

[important information]
The area around RINKA is densely populated with buildings. There are many permanent residents, so please be particularly careful when talking outdoors at night. If there are complaints from neighbours, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises of RINKA.

■Barbecue facilities.
The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is prohibited in Zao Sansuien.

Guests wishing to barbecue should use the Wild Zao Village BBQ facilities, located 1 minute by car from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate (reservation is required for up to three days). It is open in two parts: 11AM-２PM / ４PM-７PM. After confirming your accommodation booking, please contact us by message. We will provide you with further details.


[About Zao Sansuien]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors
can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view
of the Zao mountain range. The stream, which gave rise to the name 'Seseragi no Sato' (village of streams), is still pure
enough to be inhabited by fireflies.

A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change. It is also
home to a large number of wild birds.

A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.
