are two private bedrooms (one other room for a total of three bedrooms) where your privacy is protected, and a bathroom
on the second floor for your convenience.

You want to enjoy staying with family and friends. But you
want privacy when you are on holiday! This rental villa is
perfect for these needs. It can sleep up to 8 people.

ZAO Forest House 843 is approximately 2 km (5 minutes by
car) from the entrance to ZAO SANSUIEN. Please come by car.

About the rooms
ZAO Forest House 843 is a two-storey rental villa with a
natural hot spring. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 LDKs for a
relaxing stay.

■First floor
Living & dining room
The living room has a large 65-inch TV with Fire TV Stick for
watching YouTube. The sofa and dining set allow everyone to
enjoy the big screen together.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and
crockery for your use during your stay. There is also a coffee machine. Foodstuffs and seasonings are not provided.
Please bring your own.

Wooden deck
There is a wooden deck outside the living room. Please relax
and enjoy the view of the greenery. (*Note: BBQ and smoking are not allowed on the wooden deck.)

□Bathroom (natural hot spring)
The baths are natural hot spring water, free-flowing from the
source. Enjoy the luxury of hot spring time.

□Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the first floor.
Japanese-style room (2 single beds): This bedroom is independent from the other rooms. Two single beds are placed in a
tatami room. There is a balcony outside the window.

Japanese-style room (4 sets of futons): a Japanese-style room next to the living room. Can also be used as a bedroom.
Guests who prefer futons can sleep here.

□Toilet (with hot-water washing toilet seat).

■2nd floor.
Western-style room (2 single beds): private bedroom with
lockable door.
Toilet (with hot-water washing toilet seat): there is also a toilet on the second floor.

[Requests]
No hotplates, etc. are allowed. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please take care not to leave odours or oil stains.

Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and
return them to their original place. If you break a plate,
please report it to the ZAO SANSUIEN Management Office or
Visitor Station.

[Other equipment and fixtures].
TV: 65-inch TV in the living room, with Fire TV Stick installed
and YouTube available.

Wi-Fi: free of charge.

Air-conditioning: air-conditioning is installed in three locations
in the building. (1st floor: living room, bedroom with bed, 2nd floor: bedroom).

■Accommodation.
ZAO Forest House 843 is a rental villa that can be rented out
in its entirety and can accommodate up to 8 people. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

For stays of five or more persons, an additional fee will be
charged for each additional person from the fifth person
onwards.

Children's rates
Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided.

Amenities.
Towels and toothbrushes will be set in your room upon arrival.
Bath towels and towels: 1 towel per person per 2 nights (e.g. 1 towel per 1 to 2 nights, 2 towels per 3 to 4 nights, 3 towels per 5 to 6 nights...).Toothbrush: 1 toothbrush per person,
regardless of length of stay.

Please do not take home towels that have been pre-set.
*If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental
(330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece)
(available at the check-in point from 7:30AM to 7PM).

Please bring the following items from the management office or visitor station when you check in or between 7:30AM-7PM
if necessary (we do not deliver to your room).
Shaving razors, cotton swabs, body towels and hairbrushes.

*Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap are
available in the bathrooms.

[NOTES.]
The area around this building is relatively densely built-up.
There are many permanent residents in the area, so please be particularly careful when talking outdoors at night. Please note that you may be asked to leave the premises immediately if
there are any complaints from the neighbourhood.
Conversation on the deck between 8PM and 7AM is prohibited.

■Check-in
As a rule, please check in between 3PM and 7PM.
Check-in after 7PM is possible, but please note that there are
times when we are unable to accept guests.

Check-in location
The check-in location depends on your arrival time. You will be informed of the details after your booking has been confirmed.

5PM~ ZAO SANSUIEN Management Office

ZAO Forest House 843 is located in the ZAO SANSUIEN holiday home management area. There is a gate at the entrance to
ZAO SANSUIEN and guests are required to open the gate with the remote control key given to them at check-in. It is not
possible to enter ZAO Forest House 843 directly without
passing through the gate.

ZAO Forest House 843 is a 5-minute drive from the entrance
gate.
There is no shuttle or taxi dispatch service from the check-in
to ZAO Forest House 843. Please arrive by car.

■Barbecue facilities
The use of fire is prohibited in ZAO SANSUIEN, including
barbecues and fireworks. BBQs on wooden decks are also
prohibited.

Guests wishing to barbecue should use the Wild ZAO Village
BBQ facility, which is a 1-minute drive from the ZAO
SANSUIEN entrance gate.

■ Access.
A car is necessary for sightseeing, dining and shopping.
Please make sure to come by car.
15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from the Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on the
Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or taxi from Shinkansen Shiroishi
ZAO Station.

Parking
There are parking spaces for four standard-sized cars.

[About ZAO SANSUIEN]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors
can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view
of the ZAO mountain range. The stream, which gave rise to the name 'Seseragi no Sato' (village of streams), is still pure
enough to be inhabited by fireflies.

A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change. It is also
home to a large number of wild birds.

A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.
