"RE START" is located near the main gate of the villa estate
"ZAO SANSUIEN", but in a quiet area.

The quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of
daily life and the simple, neat interior provide a pleasant sense of peace and tranquillity. Located on level ground, the flat
interior ensures a safe and comfortable stay for everyone from small children to seniors.

The three private bedrooms ensure private moments and
space, making it ideal for two or three families.

It is located a minute's walk from a convenience store and
within walking distance of a BBQ venue.

■About the rooms.

'RE START' is a single-storey holiday rental villa with natural
hot springs, three bedrooms and parking for four cars. It can
sleep up to 7 people.
The layout is 3 bedrooms.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob (3 burners), rice cooker, microwave, fridge and other electrical appliances,
as well as basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives
and chopping boards. Tableware is also available. Foodstuffs
and seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own.

[Requests]
No hotplates, etc. are allowed. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please ensure that there are no odours or grease residues.

Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and
return them to their original place. If you break a dish,
please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or
Visitor Station.

Natural hot spring baths are available.

□Parking.
There are parking spaces for four standard-sized cars; if there are more than five cars, please use the temporary parking area a short distance away. The number of vehicles that can park in Zao Sansuien is limited. Please come by car as much as
possible.

Accommodation
Re Start is a rental villa that can be rented out in its entirety
and can accommodate up to seven people. Meals are not
included in the accommodation fee.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to four people; if
there are five or more people, an additional fee will be charged for each additional person from the fifth person.

*Children's rates.
There are no child rates; children aged 2 and over pay the
same rate as adults. Please include them in the number of
guests in your booking.

Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided; if you require bedding for children
under 2 years of age, please include them in the number of
guests in your booking.

Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes are provided in your room upon
arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights.
(e.g. 1-2 nights 1 towel, 3-4 nights 2 towels, 5-6 nights 3 towels...)

*Pre-set towels are strictly not to be taken home.
*If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental
(330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece)

or visitor station when you check in or between 7:30AM~7PM
if necessary (we do not deliver to your room).
Shaving razors, cotton swabs, body towels, hairbrushes.

*Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available in the bathrooms.

■About check-in
As a rule, please check in between 3PM and 7PM
Please note that check-in is possible after 7PM, but there are times when we are unable to accept guests.

Check-in location
The check-in location depends on your arrival time. You will be informed of the details after your booking has been confirmed.

Re Start is located in the ZAO SANSUIEN holiday home management area.
There is a gate at the entrance to ZAO SANSUIEN and guests are required to open the gate with the remote control key
provided at check-in. It is not possible to go directly to Re Start without passing through the gate.

Re Start is a one-minute drive (or one-minute walk) from the entrance gate.

■ Barbecue facilities
The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is prohibited in ZAO SANSUIEN. BBQs on wooden decks are also prohibited.

Guests wishing to barbecue should use the BBQ facility Wild
ZAO Village, which is a 1-minute drive (or 8-minute walk)
from Re Start. Please contact us by message after confirming your accommodation booking. We will provide you with more
information.

■ Access.
For convenience of sightseeing and dining, we recommend
coming by car.
15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from the Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on the
Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or taxi from Shinkansen Shiroishi ZAO Station.

[Caution]
As it is close to the entrance gate of ZAO SANSUIEN, it is
possible to come by public transport. However, the location
requires a car for dining, shopping and sightseeing excursions.
Please be aware of this beforehand.

[About ZAO SANSUIEN]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors
can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view
of the ZAO mountain range. The stream, which gave rise to the name 'SESERAGI no Sato' (village of streams), is still pure
enough to be inhabited by fireflies.

A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change. It is also
home to a large number of wild birds.

A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.
