"HIBIKI" welcomes digital nomads.
The entire cottage is available for rent with free Wi-Fi. We provide a comfortable remote work environment.
50-minute drive from Sendai Station. Rental villa with hot
spring in ZAO SANSUIEN. One-minute walk to the Sansuien
swimming pool and barbecue area. The convenience store is a convenient 6-minute walk away.
In autumn, you can pick acorns and chestnuts on the grounds and catch river crabs in the stream. Squirrels can sometimes
be seen chasing each other. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the
spacious baths with natural hot springs.
Please read and observe the "Terms and Restrictions of the
Property" when booking and staying at the property.

HIBIKI is a two-storey rental villa with a natural hot
spring, sleeping up to nine people in three bedrooms.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob (2 burners), rice cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge and other electrical appliances, as well as basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives and chopping boards. Tableware is also available. Foodstuffs
and seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own.
[Requests]
Hotplates and similar items are not permitted. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please make sure that no odours or grease remains.
Please clean all utensils and dishes after use and return them
to their original place. If you break a dish, please report it to
the ZAO SANSUIEN Management Office or Visitor Station.

About accommodation
HIBIKI is a rental villa that can be rented out in its
entirety and can accommodate up to 9 people. Meals are not
included in the accommodation fee.
The accommodation fee is the same for up to four persons;
if there are five or more persons, an additional fee is charged
for each additional person.
About children's rates
Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Please include them in the number of guests in your booking.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge, but no
bedding or towels are provided; if you require bedding for
children under 2 years of age, please include them in the
number of guests in your booking.
Amenities.
Towels and toothbrushes will be set in your room upon arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights.
(e.g. 1-2 nights 1 towel, 3-4 nights 2 towels, 5-6 nights 3
towels...)

Please note that check-in after 7PM is possible, but there are
times when we cannot accept guests.

HIBIKI is located in ZAO SANSUIEN, a villa management area.
There is a gate at the entrance to ZAO SANSUIEN, and guests are required to open the gate with the remote-controlled key given to them at check-in. It is not possible to enter HIBIKI directly without passing through the gate.
HIBIKI is a one-minute drive (or four-minute walk) from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle service from the check-in location to HIBIKI or taxi dispatch service.
■Barbecue facilities.
The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is prohibited in Zao Sansuien. BBQs on wooden decks are also prohibited.
Guests wishing to barbecue should use the Wild ZAO Village
BBQ facility, which is a 1-minute drive from the ZAO SANSUIEN
entrance gate. After confirming your accommodation booking, please contact us by message. We will provide you with
further details.
■Access.
We recommend that you come by car for the convenience of
sightseeing and dining.
15 minutes by car from Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the
Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from the Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on the
Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or taxi from Shinkansen Shiroishi ZAO
Station.
[NOTES.]
The site is close to the entrance gate to ZAO SANSUIEN and
can be reached by public transport. However, the location
requires a car for dining, shopping and sightseeing excursions.
Please be aware of this beforehand.
Parking.
There are parking spaces for three standard-sized cars;
if there are more than four cars, please use the temporary
parking lot a short distance away.
[About ZAO SANSUIEN]
The Matsukawa River flows through the park, and visitors can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view of
the ZAO mountain range. The stream, from which the name
'SESERAGI no Sato' is derived, flows through the garden and is still pure enough to be inhabited by fireflies.
A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants
and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change. It is
also home to a large number of wild birds.
A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.

- Please be quiet at night to avoid disturbing neighbors. (The area surrounding this building is relatively densely built up and has many permanent residents, so please be especially careful not to talk outside at night. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be given.)
- Please note that the furniture, interior, fixtures, and various facilities may change without notice.
- Please replace any consumable items you have used up.
・You will generally be responsible for cleaning and other hygiene management during your stay. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
・As the property is located in a natural area, insects and other pests may invade.
・Please wash the provided dishes and cooking utensils thoroughly after use and return them to their original location.
・You are free to use the provided fixtures and electrical appliances, but please handle them with care.
・We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss or theft of personal belongings indoors or outdoors.
・During the winter, guests traveling by car must have winter tires such as studless tires or chains installed.
If you have car trouble within the grounds, please arrange for roadside assistance yourself.
[In the event of damage to facilities or equipment]
If facilities or equipment are damaged, you will be charged the actual cost of restoring them to their original condition. If the property needs to be closed, you will be charged compensation for damages caused by the closure. Please be mindful of this when using the property.
