From the parking space, walk up the pathway in the grounds
and you will see a cute pavilion with red walls and a green
roof. A slightly larger, more spacious pavilion for a relaxing
stay with family and friends, where you can feel a sense of
quality relaxation surrounded by a sense of the extraordinary.

Enjoy an exquisite moment in a large open space that feels
like the lounge of a resort hotel. There are four bedrooms.
One of them is a purely Japanese-style room (with a bed) with an alcove. Although it is a Western-style building, you can also enjoy a Japanese-style space. There is also a Western-style
room with a desk and chair that can also be used for working holidays.

■About the rooms.
GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE MIYAGIZAO is a two-storey rental villa with a natural hot spring. There are four bedrooms.

1st floor.
Living room
The living room is a large atrium space. A multi-purpose sofa
is available for large groups to enjoy. The table can be raised
and lowered. Lower the table and relax on the sofa, or raise
the table and enjoy a meal in your favourite style.

●Dining counter kitchen
The dining counter kitchen is located at the end of the living
room. It is equipped with a system kitchen, cooking utensils
and crockery for a number of people, and can be used for
cooking during your stay. You can also enjoy bar time at the
counter. Foodstuffs and seasonings are not provided. Please
bring your own.

Wooden deck
There is a wooden deck leading from the living room.
Enjoy relaxing and looking at the greenery.
(*Note: BBQs are not allowed on the wooden deck.)

● Bathrooms (natural hot springs)
The bath is a natural hot spring, with free-flowing hot-spring
water. The windows offer a view of the greenery. Enjoy the
luxurious spa time while savouring the scent of the hot spring water and cypress wood. （The baths are large, so it takes
about 30 minutes for the water to fill up.)

[Requests]
Hot plates etc. are not allowed. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please make sure that no odours or grease remains in the
kitchen.

Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and return them to their original place. If you break a dish,
please report it to the ZAO SANSUIEN Management Office or
Visitor Station.

□TV.
There is a 50-inch TV in the living room. Internet TV and terrestrial digital broadcasting are available.

Free internet access is available.

Accommodation
GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE MIYAGIZAO is a rental villa that can be rented out in its entirety and can accommodate up to 9
people. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to four persons;
for five or more persons, an additional fee will be charged for
each additional person.

□Children's rates.
Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided.

Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes are provided in your room upon
arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights.
(e.g. 1 towel for 1 or 2 nights, 2 towels for 3 or 4 nights,
3 towels for 5 or 6 nights...)
Bath towels 1 per person.

Toothbrush 1 toothbrush per person.

Please do not take the pre-set towels home with you.
If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental
(330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece)
(available at the check-in point from 7:30AM~7PM).

Please bring the following items from the Management Office or Visitor Station upon check-in or between 7:30AM~7PM as required (we do not deliver to your room).
Shaving razors, cotton swabs, body towels, hairbrushes.

*Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap are
available in the bathrooms.

[NOTES.]
The area around this building is relatively densely built-up.
There are many permanent residents in the area, so please be particularly careful when talking outdoors at night. Please note that you may be asked to leave the premises immediately if
there are any complaints from the neighbourhood.
Conversation on the deck between 8PM and 7AM is prohibited.

■About check-in
As a rule, please check in between 3PM and 7PM
Please note that check-in is possible after 7PM, but there are
times when it is not possible to accept guests.

Check-in location
The check-in location depends on your arrival time. You will be informed of the details after your booking is confirmed.

3PM-8PM Visitor Station
8PM~ ZAO SANSUIEN Management Office

GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE MIYAGIZAO is located in the villa
management area ZAO SANSUIEN. There is a gate at the
entrance to ZAO SANSUIEN and guests are required to open
the gate with the remote control key given to them when they check in. It is not possible to enter GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE MIYAGIZAO directly without passing through the gate.

GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE MIYAGIZAO is a 6-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle or taxi dispatch service from the check-in
point to GUBO SATOYAMA SUITE. Please come by car.

■Barbecue facilities
The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is
prohibited in ZAO SANSUIEN. BBQs on wooden decks are also
prohibited.

Guests wishing to barbecue should use the Wild ZAO Village
BBQ facility, which is a 1-minute drive from the ZAO SANSUIEN entrance gate. After confirming your accommodation booking, please contact us by message. We will provide you with
further details.

■ Access.
For convenience of sightseeing and dining, we recommend
coming by car.
15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from the Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on the
Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or taxi from Shinkansen Shiroishi ZAO
Station.

Parking
There are parking spaces for two standard-sized cars;
if there are more than three cars, please use the temporary
parking lot a short distance away.

[About ZAO SANSUIEN]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view of
the Zao mountain range. The stream, which gave rise to the
name 'Seseragi no Sato' (village of streams), is still pure
enough to be inhabited by fireflies.

A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants
and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change. It is
also home to a large number of wild birds.

A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.
