Rental cottage with Onsen "410 COZY IN"

■ Prohibited Items
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises (including on the wooden deck and in the garden).
- Entry of anyone other than the reserved number of guests (regardless of the duration) is prohibited.
- All use of fire on the premises: barbecues, bonfires, fireworks, and the gathering of plants.
- Smoking and burning incense on the premises.
- Cooking with a lingering odor, such as grilled meat indoors.
- Pets allowed inside the facility.
- Minors only allowed inside the facility.
- Any behavior that may disturb neighbors.
- Dyeing hair in the bathroom.

[Other Precautions]
- Please be quiet at night to avoid disturbing neighbors. (The area surrounding this building is relatively densely built up and has many permanent residents. Please be especially careful not to talk outside at night. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be given.)
- Furniture, interior, fixtures, and various facilities are subject to change without notice.
- Please replace any consumable items you have used up.
- Guests are generally responsible for cleaning and other hygiene management during their stay. Cleaning supplies are provided.
- As the property is located in a natural environment, insects and other pests may invade.
- Please wash the provided dishes and cooking utensils thoroughly after use and return them to their original location.
- You are free to use the provided fixtures and electrical appliances, but please handle them with care.
- We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss or theft of personal belongings indoors or outdoors.
- During the winter, guests traveling by car are required to use winter tires such as studless tires or chains.
- If you have car trouble within the grounds, please arrange for roadside service yourself.

[In the event of damage to facilities or equipment]
If facilities or equipment are damaged, we will charge you the actual cost of restoring them to their original condition. Please be mindful of this when using the property.
