⚠️ Important: Check-in / Check-out Information

Check-in and check-out must be completed at the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station, located about a 10-minute drive from ZAO LOG HOUSE (the location depends on your arrival time).
Please note that you cannot enter the property by going directly to the cabin.

There is no shuttle service between the management office/visitor station and the accommodation.
If you are not arriving by car, please arrange a taxi at your own expense.

When checking out, please remember to return your key to the Zao Sansuien Management Office. Details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

The fully private log villa offers free Wi-Fi and a comfortable remote work environment.

🏡 Accommodation Plan

The entire log house is rented exclusively for one group (up to 9 guests).
The base rate covers up to 4 guests; an extra charge applies for each additional guest starting from the 5th.

Meals are not included.

No child discounts — children aged 2 and over are charged as adults.

⚠️ Guest Guidelines

Please be considerate and keep quiet at night.
Since there are residents living nearby, loud outdoor conversations or noise at night are strictly prohibited.
In case of noise complaints, guests may be asked to leave immediately.

An air conditioner is installed at the stair landing (none in the living room or bedrooms).

During your stay, contact with staff is limited to check-in and check-out only — enjoy your privacy in a completely independent space.

The facility is ventilated and disinfected with alcohol before each stay.

Hand sanitizer is placed at the entrance.

Hand soap is provided at the washbasin.

Prohibited:

Entry of anyone not included in the reservation (regardless of time duration)

Use of open flames indoors

BBQs, bonfires, fireworks, or picking plants within the property

Smoking or burning incense indoors

Cooking with strong odors (e.g., grilled meat)

Bringing pets

Use by minors only

Any behavior disturbing local residents

Hair dyeing in the bathroom

🚗 Winter Notice:
The area is at high altitude — during winter, heavy snow, ice, and strong winds are common.
Please ensure your vehicle has winter tires or tire chains before driving.

Keep noise to a minimum at night.

Furniture, appliances, and amenities may change without prior notice.

Guests are responsible for daily cleaning; basic cleaning supplies are provided.

Insects may occasionally appear due to the natural surroundings.

Please wash and return all used dishes and cookware.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
