The black walls of the house stand amidst the greenery of the trees. At the foot of the Zao mountain range, there is a private villa with a hot spring, "IN-RO-AN", which you would like to make your own "hideaway".

The interior of the house is a complete change from the exterior, with large windows that let in light and create a bright atmosphere. The furniture and interior decorations are made of wood and rattan, creating a natural look that is perfect for a peaceful holiday.

■About the rooms
There are two bedrooms. The room adjacent to the living room has two slightly modern beds. The other room is a Japanese-style room with three futon mattresses. In the morning, wake up to the gentle light through the shoji screens.

Of course, you can also use the kitchen. The kitchen is a convenient size and is equipped with a minimum of cooking utensils and enough tableware to accommodate the maximum number of five guests. Cooking with your family or a group of friends is fun.

In addition to the indoor bath, there is also an outdoor bath on the building grounds. The outdoor bath is natural hot spring water, while the indoor bath is hot water supply. Please add this to your enjoyment during your stay.

[Caution]
The area around this building is relatively dense with buildings. Please be careful not to talk outdoors at night, as there are many permanent residents. If there are any complaints from the neighbors, we may ask you to leave the building immediately.

■Where IN-RO-AN is located
Located on the grounds of "Zao Sansuien," a villa overlooking the Zao Mountain Range, the property is fully managed to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. There is a tennis court on the grounds of Sansuien, which is also available for guests staying at our facility!

You can also enjoy hot spring baths as the inn is located near Togatta Onsen, a hot spring resort.

A short drive from the inn is the popular "Kitsune-mura (キツネ村, Fox Village)" (http://zao-fox-village.com/), where you can meet fluffy foxes, and "Kami-no-yu (神の湯)" (http://toogattaspa.jp/kaminoyu.html), where you can enjoy a reasonably priced day trip.

■Sightseeing spots in the area
* Miyagi Zao Kitsune Mura (20 minutes by car)
* Public bathhouse Kami-no-yu (5 min. by car)
　The hot spring water is free-flowing and warms the body from the core. Free footbaths are also available.
* Zao Dairy Center (10 minutes by car)
　A cheese fair is held in early November!
* Takimidai 滝見台 (Sankai Falls 三階滝 & Fudo Falls 不動滝 viewing spot) (15 min. by car)
　The area is a great scenic spot during the season of fresh greenery and autumn leaves!
* Okama (35 minutes by car)
　This crater lake is the symbol of the Zao mountain range.

■Access
15 minutes by car from Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or cab from Shinkansen Shiroishi Zao Station
Approximately 50 minutes from Sendai Station by highway bus.

■About Zao Sansuien
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while gazing at the Zao Mountain Range.
The stream, which is the origin of the name "Seseragi no Sato" (village of streams), is still pure enough to be inhabited by fireflies.
A village abounding in colors of the four seasons: spring with fresh green leaves, summer with fresh green leaves, autumn with red leaves, and winter with silvery white leaves. In the garden full of nature, trees, plants, flowers, and trees add color to the seasons as they change. Many wild birds also live here.

The garden has a 24-hour security system.
During the night, patrols are conducted every two hours to ensure safety and security.
