快適なコテージ
お風呂の泉質が良くてゆっくり過ごすのにぴったりのコテージだと思います。
こちらの物件のどこか懐かしいような雰囲気が気に入って1年半ぶりに2度目の来訪でした。
犬を連れて行けるので助かっています。
メッセージで質問をさせていただいた際も、すぐに返信が来てありがたかったです。
また利用したいです。

爽やかでノンビリしました
犬と一緒に泊まれるということで利用いたしました。清潔で匂いもなく快適でした。
１つ気になると言えば 道路から玄関前までの道が日が沈むと真っ暗になってしまい おばあちゃんも一緒だったので転びそうになりました。石段も不揃いなもので。
管理事務所のかたは親切で感じも良かってです。

尿付きのマットは清掃しておいて欲しいです
３泊利用させていただきました。
備え付けの木製の犬用ケージ周辺の臭いが強烈で、中を覗いたところおしっこの染みができており、おしっこをされたままになっているような状態でした。周りに敷いてあったマットもびしょびしょに濡れており、とても清掃をされた後とは思えませんでした。
ファブリーズや除菌スプレーで消臭を試みましたが部屋中が尿臭く、とても快適にすごせる状態ではなかったです。近くのコンビニで袋を購入し、尿のついたマットや匂いのするものを入れました。３泊でしたのでなんとか快適に過ごしたいと思い、犬小屋全体をラップで囲わせていただきました。それでも完全には臭いは治りませんでしたが、匂いを紛らわすために蚊取り線香を買ってきて使用するとだいぶマシになりました。
ソファ（横長のもの）からも尿の匂いがして消臭スプレーでも取れないため、気になりました。
持参したバスタオルを敷き、使わせていただきました。
色々な犬と泊まれるお宿に宿泊したこともあり、ある程度耐性もあるはずなのですがとても気になる匂いだったため個別でメッセージを送らせていただきましたが、５日間過ぎても一言も返信がありませんでした。
温泉は気持ちがいいものだっただけに、そこだけ残念です。
