The property was completed in August 2023.
Within a 5-minute walk, there is a white beach in Kokufu where the bowed sandy beach stretches for about 3 km from north to south.
The 700m south side is Ago's Matsubara Beach, which is lined with beach houses in summer.
The north side is one of the leading surf spots in the Chubu and regions, and national competitions such as the All Japan Surfing Championships are held.
Therefore, not only local surfers but also many people from outside the prefecture visit for the purpose of surfing.
Since there are eight surf spots on the long beach, the wide variety of wave quality that suits each level, from professionals to beginners, is also an attraction of Kokufu Beach.
The property has outdoor showers and multi-purpose spaces. The room is equipped with an IH heater, refrigerator, air purifier, Yogibo cushion, warm water bidet toilet, shower room, and safe for storing valuables, and since it is a rental Thailand, you can relax without worrying about the eyes of other guests.
The nearest FamilyMart is a 5-minute drive away and a drugstore is a 10-minute drive away.
