Ise-Shima Liberty Villa

・This accommodation is a rental villa, not a hotel. Please note that there are no hotel services such as a concierge, house cleaning, or room service.
・Guests will be responsible for washing dishes and putting away bedding.
・Futon sheets and bed making are self-service.
・Please cooperate in sorting trash generated during your stay. Smoking is prohibited indoors and shoes are strictly prohibited.
・Please be aware that insects may enter the room.
・Please put out any fires and turn off the electricity when going out.
・Bonfires are permitted, but please be careful with them and always do so in designated areas.
・Fireworks are allowed on the premises. Rocket fireworks and other loud fireworks are prohibited. Please take care to put out any fires and enjoy yourself within the bounds of common sense.
・This facility assumes no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur during your stay.
・Swimming at night or while drinking is strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of each other's safety during your stay to avoid injury or trouble.

- Please refrain from loud voices or music after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Please enjoy your music at a reasonable volume and keep your voice level low.

If neighbors raise concerns, we may report you to the appropriate authorities. Thank you for your understanding.

- Please note that you will be required to pay compensation for any damage, loss, theft, or removal of equipment or fixtures.

- If we are unable to continue operating due to damage to the facilities, we will charge you for the cost of replacing guests, restoration costs, and damages until we can resume operations.

- Please note that we will not be involved in any accidents or trouble involving pets. We will charge you the actual cost of any messes, stains, or damages.

- Please be careful not to lose your room key. Please put it in the key box when you go out. If you lose it, we may not be able to respond immediately.

- When you check out, please lock the door and put your key in the key box.
・The roads around the facility are not paved, so please refrain from driving low-slung vehicles.
