[Things to check when making a reservation]
When you request a reservation, we will ask you the following three questions. Please reply with your answers.
1. Have you checked the facilities, environment, and rules listed on the facility's page?
2. Please briefly explain the purpose of your stay. (e.g., sightseeing, nature experience, barbecue)
3. Please let us know your departure point, transportation to the facility, and check-in time.

[Number of guests]
The standard accommodation is for 10 people, but 5-6 extra guests can sleep in sleeping bags. They will sleep in the tatami area in the living room or in the loft on the second floor. Please contact us for reservations of 10 or more people.

[For guests with children]
Please message us to let us know the number of children and their ages (grades).

[For guests wishing to stay for the day or sleep in their car]
This may be possible. Please contact us via message.

[Request for photo submission]
For identity verification, we ask that you provide a photo via email after completing your reservation. If your profile photo is of you and your face is clearly visible, you do not need to provide a photo.
Thank you for your understanding.

[Kitchen Facilities]
Sink, one gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, dishes, cups, chopsticks
*Knives, cutting boards, tongs, pots, and frying pans are also provided as a minimum.
*Food ingredients, drinks, condiments, oil, cutlery, tissues, plastic wrap/foil, and garbage bags are not provided. Please bring your own.
*Please take all trash with you when you leave.

[BBQ Facilities]
BBQ gas grill, teppanyaki table
*Enjoy easy gas cooking and meals. Rental is available at an additional cost.
A charcoal grill is also available.

[Bathroom Facilities]
A Goemon bath handcrafted by the host. Water is heated using firewood. A hot shower using a water heater is also available. One hair dryer is provided.
*Amenities, toothbrushes, towels, and bath towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

[Living Room Facilities]
Wood-burning stove, one air conditioner, one TV, sofa, table, chairs, futon set (pillowcases, quilt cover, and mattress pad), hangers, and paper slippers.
*In winter, the air conditioner alone may not be enough to warm the room. Please consider using the wood-burning stove.
*Amplifiers, speakers, and projectors and screens are available for rental at an additional cost.

*Guideline for Firewood Usage
This varies depending on the season, but one basket will power a wood stove for just under two hours, and boil water for a Goemon bath for just under an hour.
*Charcoal and net are sold as a set. They are not sold separately.

⚠️ All rental and retail fees must be paid in cash upon check-in.

[Dress Instructions]
As we are located in the mountains, there are a variety of insects.
Please avoid exposing your skin as much as possible, regardless of the season.
Also, please wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Your feet can get cold even indoors, especially during cold weather. Please bring thick socks or indoor shoes.

[Insect Control]
As the weather warms, in addition to mosquitoes, stink bugs, centipedes, spiders, bees, and horseflies also appear. In addition to repellent spray, we also provide mosquito coils in the summer.
*Gnip bites can be very itchy and can last for several days. Please bring insect repellent spray.

[About Miyama Party Village]
We strive to live a handmade life, working on farming, caring for animals, and doing carpentry work to repair and expand the facility.
Wild animals such as deer live in the mountains, and they occasionally come down from the mountains to show us their faces. In addition to wild animals, many other living creatures also live here.

[To All Guests]
In addition to the log cabin, the property also houses a farm, workshop, staff quarters, garage, livestock shed, and more. Staff and contractors come and go daily, creating noise from their work. You may also hear livestock mooing. Please be aware of this in advance.

Despite the harshness of nature and some minor inconveniences, we hope you will enjoy the beautiful satoyama scenery and clean air.
