DESCRIPTION
JITTOKU is located in the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture, in a village called Saihoji Temple in Maizuru.
It is an inn that hunts and gathers and lives in the fields, and connects the satoyama and the dining table.
You can enjoy seasonal experiences and seasonal meals with rice cooked in the stove.
We offer dishes that incorporate plenty of seasonal ingredients from the region, such as wild plants, game, and seasonal vegetables.
We are also promoting energy self-sufficiency, such as supplying hot water with wood-fired boilers.
We will divide your life as you think with your hands and think with your feet.
Please contact us for pick-up and drop-off from Kyoto Tango Railway Shisho Station and JR Nishi-Maizuru Station.
