三条駅から徒歩３分ほどなので、どこにいくにも便利でした。
駅前には、バスターミナルもレンタルサイクルもあるので、銀閣寺には自転車で行ったり、金閣寺にはバスで行ったり、伏見稲荷には電車で１本。
食事も、先斗町まで徒歩圏なので外食もよし、錦市場で買って帰るもよしでした。
便利な場所にもかかわらず、閑静な住宅街で、お部屋では快適に過ごせました。
乾燥機能付きの浴室と洗濯機、IHコンロ、大きめの冷凍庫がある冷蔵庫があり長期滞在にも向いていますが、まな板と炊飯器はないです。

京都の三条商店街まで歩いて5分、三条駅までは歩いて3分、近くには鴨川や少し歩けば清水寺などもあって、京都を感じるには最適な場所だと思いました。
お部屋はとても清潔にされていて、ベットもふかふか！旅の疲れが一気に癒された感じがします。
そしてなんといっても、一番の魅力はお風呂ですね！
とても広いスペースにジェットバス！全身シャワーもありました！
欲しいと思ったものがすべてあって、旅行自体がさらに良いものになったと思います！
関西を訪れる時にはまた利用します！
