この度、地元の京都に友人を招待し京都らしい宿を予約し、宿泊予定と致しておりました。
宿泊先には、100年以上前の歴史ある建物と記載があり老朽化がありますが、あえて改築せずそのままの形をとっていると記載がありました。清掃も行き届いているとの記載があり清潔な空間を想像しておりました。
しかし、宿に到着し入るや否や掃除されていない屋根裏部屋のような埃っぽさで充満しておりました。二階に行くと、床の所々が凹み部屋も埃やハウスダストが多い為、持病の喘息が出た為友人と話をし一階に布団を下ろし宿泊することにしました。床に関してはおそらく、地震があった場合、床が抜ける等倒壊の恐怖を感じました。
一階に布団を引くと電球の下に埃が舞い散りました。一回奥の和室には女性の髪の毛が多数落ちておりました。部屋のどこでも喉のイガイガ感や咳が出る為、体調に支障をきたすと思い、ホストに連絡しましたが、うちの清掃は母に頼んでおり間違い無いと返答がありました。まずは謝りもせず自分の保身ばかりで呆れました。トータルで41000円以上支払って、あのような環境の宿泊先は最悪だと思います。上記お話ししたところ、ホスト様からは日本人は細かい事を気にしすぎるとの返答ありました。私が写真を見た時点で判断できれば良かったのですが、写真からはチリや埃、ハウスダストの状態を判断するのは困難です。会社の経営者で有れば虚偽記載なく適切な対応をお願いいたします。ここの宿泊先は、家族連れ、女性連れ呼吸器系、アレルギー系疾患のある方には不向きだと思います。ご注意ください。

The house has kept its ancient structure and an authentic feel. Only the tatami mats and the toilets have been restored and modernised to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests.
