■The building is a two-story building with a living room, kitchen, toilet, washroom, and bath on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each with beds for four people and air conditioning in each room. The bedrooms have air conditioners and circulators for your comfort.

■There is a simple shower outside. You can wash off the sand after playing in the sea.

■We are very sorry, but there is no parking available at the facility. Please do not park in the monthly parking lot next to the facility. It is a problem for the neighbors. There are several coin-operated parking lots within a 5-minute walking distance. If you wish to unload your luggage, please park temporarily on the street.

■The number of guests will be charged 4,000 yen for each additional person. (No increase for 2 guests.) *If the number of guests is found to be false, an additional ¥8,000 per person will be charged. Please be aware of this.

■Please let us know if you need to have the room cleaned, linens changed, or amenities replenished during your extended stay.

■Please do not throw garbage outside. If it becomes a nuisance during your long-term stay, we will visit your room periodically to collect it. If you have any garbage, please do not dispose of it outside.

■Check-in time is generally from 3:00 p.m., but can be moved up if the cleaning and inspection is finished early. We will contact you when the cleaning and inspection is finished on the day of check-in. Please note that if the cleaning takes longer, the check-in time will start at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
