Important Notes / House Rules
[Things to Check in Advance]
1. Please make your reservation with the exact number of guests within our facility's capacity. Please contact us if you wish to use the facility with more guests than the capacity.
2. We may refuse your reservation depending on the type of use and the nature of the reservation.
3. When applying for use, please provide the information of the person who will be the on-site manager (reservation maker) on the day of use. We will also unify the contact point for explanations and facility guidance for the on-site manager.
4. Guests are required to keep track of the names and contact information of all guests.
5. Please refrain from making loud noises that may disturb local residents. Please be considerate of neighbors, especially after 9:00 PM.
6. Karaoke is free to use, but please be sure to observe the following two rules.
⑴ Karaoke is available until 10:00 PM out of consideration for neighboring residents. (Karaoke available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
⑵ Please do not adjust the karaoke volume.
7. In the event of an emergency, the on-site manager is responsible for confirming the location and operation of emergency exits and fire prevention equipment in advance so that participants can respond and evacuate.
8. If we determine that you are affiliated with or have ties to organized crime or other anti-social forces, we will refuse your application or use of the facility.
9. If permission or notification is required from relevant government agencies or reservations for facilities are required, the user (reservation holder) must complete these by the deadline and receive approval.
10. For purposes of information sharing, unifying contact points, and clarifying responsibility during your stay, check-in and other assistance, such as facility guidance, will only be available to the person with the reservation. If other guests arrive before you, you may wait inside the facility. Use of facilities and play equipment will be permitted after the reservation holder arrives, is briefed on the facility, and checks in.
[How to Use]
1. This facility is rented as is.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Please smoke in designated areas.
3. Please enter the facility after your reserved time. Entry before your reserved time is prohibited due to cleaning and preparation.
4. Please leave the facility by your reserved time. If you continue to use the facility after your reserved time, you agree to pay additional fees and a penalty.
Leaving luggage or trash behind or not restoring the facility to its original condition will also be considered continued use.
5. Food and drink are permitted, but strong-smelling items are not permitted. Please be sure to separate trash into designated trash bags.
6. After use, please return the facility to its original condition (simple cleaning, restoring the layout, and sorting trash).
7. Our facility's parking lot may only be used during the facility's reserved hours. If you are found to be using the facility beyond your reserved time, you agree to pay parking fees, a penalty, and any damages incurred by other customers.
8. Please do not remove chairs or other equipment from the facility.
9. Please completely remove any outdoor activities, including BBQs and fireworks, by 9:00 PM, including packing up.
10. For check-in and facility tours, only guests with a reservation will be allowed to enter the facility. This is to ensure information sharing, unified contact points, and clear responsibility during your stay. If other guests arrive before you, you may wait inside the facility. Facilities and play equipment will be available for use after the reservation guest's arrival, facility tour, and check-in.
[Demarcation of Liability]
1. Please keep your luggage and valuables safe and secure at all times. The Company assumes no responsibility for theft or loss.
2. If a user damages, defaces, or loses any buildings, equipment, or fixtures within the facility, or causes any other damage to a third party, the user will be required to compensate the Company or any third party for any damages incurred.
3. Desks, chairs, TVs, power outlets, WiFi, air conditioning units, kitchens, toilets, and other fixtures may be used free of charge; however, as these are free facilities associated with the facility, refunds will not be provided in the event of a malfunction.
4. As a general rule, we do not provide advance or temporary storage of luggage.
5. Users are solely responsible for any accidents that occur while using the facility, even if the accident was caused by an associate of the user or a visitor.
6. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, their attachments, or cargo stored in the on-site parking lots.
7. As a general rule, users are solely responsible for the use and management of the building, ancillary facilities, fixtures, etc.
Users are obligated to maintain the building, ancillary facilities, fixtures, etc. during their use of the facility and to pay close attention to ensuring the safety of participants.
Failure to comply with the above items and contents may result in termination of use. (No refunds will be given upon termination of use as described above.)
