Introducing “LAISSE PASSE Hakone” – a hidden retreat in Hakone where you can unwind and spend your time as you wish.
This private villa features a spacious living and dining area of approximately 100㎡, with 8 guest rooms in total, accommodating up to 32 guests for overnight stays or daytime use.
We offer everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay:
Large-screen TV, karaoke, projector, table tennis, darts, mahjong, games, and outdoor equipment.
From Nintendo Switch (with 9 games) and LIVE DAM Karaoke, to a wide variety of card and board games, there’s something for everyone—from kids to adults. Even on rainy or stormy days, you’ll have plenty of indoor entertainment to enjoy all day long.
For relaxation, there are two spacious baths and premium massage chairs available—perfect for unwinding in the midst of Hakone's rich natural surroundings.
Our popular BBQ rental set, used by around 80% of our guests, allows you to bring your favorite foods and enjoy a barbecue in nature. On rainy days, you can enjoy an indoor BBQ using the hot plate and the same ingredients.
At night, we recommend sitting by the bonfire, enjoying fireworks, and gazing at the stars.
You can also watch movies or sports on the large TV, sip drinks with friends, and enjoy a cozy evening overlooking Hakone’s nightscape.
All showers in our bathrooms are equipped with ReFa shower heads, and we also offer ReFa hair dryers and straighteners free of charge.
Our villa is a 4-story building, with the following layout:
B1F: Large communal bath and small bath
1F: Entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, restroom
2F: 4 Japanese-style rooms with futons (5 sets per room)
3F: 4 Western-style rooms with 2 double beds each
We also provide a whiteboard, projector, and printer, making the space suitable for corporate training sessions, academic seminars, or presentations.
With nearby tennis courts and a gymnasium, this villa is perfect for sports training camps, group retreats, and team-building stays.
The location also provides excellent access to local attractions such as Hakone’s hot springs, Lake Ashi, Hakone Shrine, Owakudani, and the Gotemba Premium Outlets, making it a convenient base for sightseeing.

【事前確認事項について】
1.当店の定める定員数以内で正確なご利用人数でお申込みください。定員数以上でのご利用希望の場合にはご相談ください。
2.利用内容・形態等により、ご利用をお断りする場合があります。
3.利用申込には、利用日当日の現地責任者（予約者）となる方の情報をご記入頂きます。また現地責任者様へ説明・館内案内など対応窓口をを統一させて頂きます。
4.利用者は参加者の氏名や連絡先等を把握しておくことが必要となります。
5.近隣住民の迷惑となる大きな音を出す行為等はご遠慮ください。特に21時以降の騒音等には近隣住民様へ十分配慮をお願い致します。
6.カラオケは無料でご利用を頂けますが下記2点について必ず順守を頂くようお願い致します。
⑴カラオケをご利用いただく際には近隣住民様への配慮等の観点より22時までとなります。（カラオケ利用可能時間8:00～22:00）
⑵カラオケのボリューム(音量)操作は行わないで下さい。
7.非常時に備え、参加者が対応・避難できる様に、現地責任者は非常口・防災設備の位置や使用方法等につき自己の責任において予め確認するものとします。
8.暴力団関係者、その他反社会的勢力に属する者あるいは関係する者であると当社が判断した場合、お申込み・ご利用はお断りさせていただきます。
9.関係官公署の許可申請、届出及び各施設等の予約が必要な場合は、利用者（予約者）様側にて期日までに行っていただき、承認を受けてください。
10.チェックインや館内案内などのご対応につきましては、情報共有や窓口の統一・ご滞在中の責任の所在を明確にする為などの観点より、予約者様のみ受付可能となります。先に他のゲスト様が到着をされる際には館内でお待ち頂くが可能となります。備品や遊具などのご使用に関しては予約者様のご到着並びに館内説明・チェックイン後からご利用可能となります。
【利用方法について】
1.当店は現況貸となります。
2.当店内は禁煙です。喫煙については所定の場所でお願いいたします。
3.当店には利用開始時刻を過ぎてから入室してください。清掃及び準備のため利用開始時刻の前に入室することはできません。
4.利用終了時刻までに当店から退室してください。利用時間終了後も継続して利用されていた場合は、超過料金及び違約金を支払うことを利用者は予め了承します。
荷物やゴミなどを残置していた場合や原状回復がなされていなかった場合も利用を継続しているものと見なします。
5.飲食の持込みは可能ですが、においの強いものはお断りしております。ゴミは必ず指定のゴミ袋へ仕分けをお願いします。
6.ご利用後は、原状回復（簡易的な清掃・レイアウト回復・ゴミ仕分け）を行ってください。
7.当施設の駐車場は、当施設の利用時間内のみ利用できます。予約時間を超えての利用が発覚した場合、駐車料金および違約金、他のお客様への損害金を支払うことを利用者は予め了承します。
8.当施設内のイスや備品等を部屋の外に持ち出さないでください。
9.BBQや花火などを含む外でのアクティビティは21時までに片付けを含み、完全撤収をお願い致します。

【責任区分について】
1.荷物・貴重品などは利用者の責任で厳重に管理してください。万が一盗難、紛失した場合でも、当社は一切責任を負いません。
2.利用者が当施設内の建造物・設備・備品等を破損、汚損、紛失した場合、その他第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、利用者は当社またはその他第三者が被った損害の賠償をしていただきます。
3.机、椅子、TV、電源、WiFi、各空調機器、厨房、トイレ、各備品等は、無料でご利用いただくことができますが、あくまでも当館に付帯した無料設備のため、これらに不具合があった場合も返金には応じられません。
4.原則として荷物の事前預かりや一時預かりは行っておりません。
5.当館を利用中に発生した事故については、利用者の関係者や来場客の行為であっても、全て利用者に責任を負っていただきます。
6.敷地内駐車場における車両、その付属装着物又は積載物の盗難､紛失又は毀損については一切責任を負いません。
7.建物・付帯設備・備品等の使用管理責任は原則としてすべて使用者に負っていただきます。
使用者は、施設使用期間中、建物・付帯設備・備品等の保全に努めるとともに、参加者の安全確認に注意を払う義務を有します。
上記、各項目及び内容について順守頂けない場合には、ご利用を終了させて頂く場合が御座います。(前述における利用終了の際に返金等は一切行いません)
ハウスルールとモラルの範囲内で楽しい時間をお過ごしいただけたら幸いで御座います。
