Dai-san was a very good host. He picked us up at the station and was was very friendly. We had the whole house to ourselves. The place was immaculately clean. The barbecue was delicious. The surrounding area was quiet and quite scenic.

Possess a 67-year-old private house to yourself! (Up to 10 people can stay) You can enjoy the best time with the sense of freedom of the Japanese-style room with a wide veranda and high ceilings. Speaking of Tono, Kappa and Zashiki Warashi. The Japanese-style room has been renovated into a Western-style room with 6 tatami mats, and there are 4 rooms: "Kappa Room I (bed type)", a Japanese-style room with 7 and a half tatami mats, a "Zashiki Warashi Room (futon)" and a 12.5 tatami chandelier room, and a 7 and a half tatami mat Japanese-style room with a veranda on the 2nd floor with a quaint staircase. There is a set of kitchen utensils, and you can cook your own meals.

There is a permanent barbecue table in the garden, so you can enjoy BBQ empty-handed. A washing machine and dryer are also provided.
Meals are also available by advance reservation, and vegans and vegetarians are also available.
We offer a variety of Tono craft beers and local beers.
Pets are allowed.
In addition, along the national highway in Tono City, there are "food supermarkets" and "home centers". In addition, the "farmer's market (fresh produce market)" is about 5 minutes by car, and locally grown vegetables are lined up from spring ~ autumn. If you are cooking for yourself, we recommend that you purchase in advance.
As a free trial menu, there is a bonfire experience, an outdoor bath with wood fire, and a DIY sauna hut experience.

お外のお風呂とサウナが最高!!火を見る時間が楽しすぎた！
始めて体験型の宿に宿泊しました。
ホストさんのおもてなしがとても温かく、身も心も満たされる感覚でとてもくつろげて過ごせました。
お外のお風呂と手作りサウナが特に最高！！自然の恵みの葉っぱでロウリュ楽しかったです！！
自分で薪を入れて好きな温度に調整出来る体験中々出来ない事なのでサウナ好きな方にオススメです。
御食事も夕食、朝食どちらもとても美味しかったです。季節の食材や地元の食材、特に土鍋で炊いていただいた新米がたまらなく美味しかったです！！
夏には外でＢＢＱやカヤックなども出来るそうで、年間を通して自然を体感出来る貴重な体験が出来そうで別なシーズンにも訪れてみたいです。
全てSnowpeakでそろえたキャンプギアでの宿泊も出来るプランも楽しそう！

ありがとうございました。サウナ体験、薪で焚くお風呂を気に入っていただき嬉しいです。当日は曇り空で、夜空の星は観ることができませんでしたが、帰られた日は満点の星空でした。

田園に囲まれた農村の民家一棟を借りる贅沢。施設の嬉しいオプションがたくさん楽しめる
遠野の「田舎」を体験できるロケーションが素晴らしく、山、川、畑、田んぼに囲まれ、母屋、露天風呂、サウナがありそして、バーベキュー、SUP、カヤック、マウンテンバイク、テント泊、これらが楽しめる1棟貸しの宿泊施設です。
夏は水遊び、山遊び、冬は雪遊び、春は田植え、秋は収穫、と春夏秋冬全て楽しめるそうです。
私は冬場と初夏の2回伺いましたが、次回は収穫の秋、田植えの時期にも是非行ってみたいと思います。
オーナーさんは実は海外駐在も含む国際的な仕事をされた後、引退して遠野に戻って来られ、ここで楽しみながら民宿を経営されているそうです。国際感覚溢れる体験談とこの日本の古き良き「田舎感」とのギャップがまた楽しくも学びとなる一時でした。
また伺いたいと思います。

ありがとうございました。アクティビテイ体験体験に加え、来春からは野菜耕作体験や収穫体験を充実させる予定です。休耕田を利用した景観作物に菜の花やコスモス、コキアを植え付けてゲストをお迎えする計画中です。パートナーが野菜ソムリエの資格を取得しましたので、今度は野菜ソムリエの料理した食事を提供いたします。
