DESCRIPTION
This 150-year-old traditional Japanese house, built towards the end of the Edo period, was renovated in 2022. The plumbing has been completely replaced, and the kitchen and living room are equipped with underfloor heating for a comfortable stay. The hearth, which was previously buried under the floor, has been restored, preserving the traditional atmosphere.
For those who wish to rent the house exclusively, the owner can move into the annex, creating a semi-private setting (though you may bump into each other in the bathroom or entrance hall). In this case, you will be seated in a Japanese-style room with futons. Please feel free to inquire about the number of guests.
We have dozens of board games available, so you can play together.
We also recommend this property to those considering moving to Hakui City or interested in organic farming. We moved here as a couple from Hokkaido in 2022, and we grow rice without fertilizers or pesticides in this rice-filled area.
Finally, we began construction in February 2024 on the second phase, and from March, we plan to increase the number of private rooms from one to three. This is a great option for those who prioritize privacy. (Please note that you may meet face-to-face as the host will be staying with you.)

3名1泊で利用いたしました。
まず目を引いたのは、大きなウェルカムボード。
心遣いが嬉しかったです。
夜に急な会合が入り外出し、帰宅が遅くなってしまったのですが、夜遅い帰宅にも親切にご対応くださりありがとうございました。
温かいオーナーがファミリーと、水回り、キッチン、寝室などもすべてリノベして清潔感がありながら、古民家という歴史を感じる建物で、実家に帰って来たような安心感もありました。
また利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。
