This farm stay offers vegetable harvesting experiences and nature observation. You can harvest vegetables from the adjacent field and cook them in the kitchen. We opened this farm stay because we wanted guests to experience "picking vegetables with their own hands, cooking them, and eating them." You can also enjoy experiences such as cooking rice in a traditional hearth, bonfires, and mochi pounding the morning after your stay (additional charges apply). The on-site agricultural lifestyle research institute offers courses on food and seasonal handicrafts.
新鮮な採れたて野菜や、日本ミツバチの手作りハチミツ、地元のお米まで味わえる最高のお宿でした！
古民家の母屋と隣の民家の2棟を利用し、母屋では広い広間とキッチン、民家ではお風呂や和室でゆったり宿泊できました。どちらも清潔感があり快適でした。
冷蔵庫には塩麹・醤油麹・柚酢など手作り調味料が揃っていて、畑で収穫したほうれん草や春菊、スナップエンドウなどのお野菜と相性抜群で感動しました！
またオーナーさんがとても温かい方で、野菜の収穫を丁寧に教えてくださったり、さりげない気遣いで滞在をサポートしていただき、安心して過ごすことができました。
さらにオプションのお餅つき体験もお願いでき、出来たてのお餅は本当に絶品でした。
季節によって収穫できる野菜が変わったり、ホタルも見られる時期もあるそうなので、またぜひ訪れたいです。
