We will connect this place to the future, which has been protecting this land and watching over the community for many years.
　We will inherit the land, history, and traditions, and provide a space where you can feel close to Japan culture.

This is a story about this historic land that can only be done because it is an owner-stay type, valuing interaction between people. We value that you can spend your daily life together.

We offer a variety of experiences on a vast site of 1,000 tsubo, so I hope you will cherish the time you spend here.

◆Doburoku Brewery
Sake brewing was carried out here from the Genroku period to the early Showa period.
In 2024, we took over the history and started the Doburoku Brewery.
By evoking yeast that had been dormant for a long time, we were particular about the natural fermentation of the traditional manufacturing method "Namimoto Brewing" that has been passed down since the Edo period, and the doburoku that can only be born here was created.
You can enjoy the deep flavor.
During your stay, guests will also be able to talk about sake brewing, such as observing koji making and the brewing process, and talking about sake brewing rooted in Japan's rice culture.

Feeling the changing seasons, touch the soil and grow it.
Herbs and baby leaves grown without pesticides, and passion fruit in the summer.
You can also enjoy freshly harvested vegetables for dinner.
