1. Notice regarding guest check-in.
Accommodation facilities registered under the Ryokan Business Law are required to enter the name, address, occupation, and date of stay of all Japanese and foreign guests who have an address in Japan in the guest register (designated form).
Guests visiting the House from abroad are required to present their passports.
Guests who do not have an address in Japan by law are required to present their passport (nationality and passport number must also be listed in the guest list) and a copy of the passport must be presented.
2. No one other than the reserved number of guests is allowed to stay or enter the House. If it is found that anyone other than the reserved number of guests enter the house, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per person will be made.
3. If the maximum number of guests is 7, we will lay out a futon for one person in the living room.
Security camera installation: 3 cameras in total
Outdoor: 1 unit next to the garage for security in front of the parking lot and entrance
Outdoor: 1 unit on terrace for terrace security
Indoors: 1 unit at the entrance for front door entrance security

House Rules of Use
★Please turn off the lights in unoccupied rooms.
Please turn off the lights in bathrooms (baths) that are not being used immediately. Please cooperate in saving electricity.
★Please turn off all lights when you go out and when you check out.
★It is prohibited to have more than the declared number of guests staying in the house.
If it is found that someone other than the number of people who have reserved the room enters the house, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per person will be added to the room charge.
★Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
★Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please check out by 10:00 a.m.
　There will be cleaning work and preparation of the room for the next guest.
★Requests on the day of check-out
　Please turn off all lights in all rooms on the day of check-out.
★Please make sure to close and lock the windows and lock the front door with the key when you go out.
★When using the shower or bath, please open the bathroom window.
★Before using the bath, take a shower to lightly clean your body.
★Turn on the exhaust fan when cooking.
★Please wash dishes and utensils properly and put them back where you found them.
★Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property, including indoor and outdoor areas, except for the designated smoking area on the terrace.
★Pets are allowed. Please notify us in advance.
★Please take off your shoes at the entrance. Please do not wear shoes indoors.
★Eating and drinking on the beds and using stained items are prohibited.
★If you spill something, please wipe it up clean and do not leave any stains.
★Please separate garbage and put it in the garbage cans in the house.
　The nearby trash station is for residents only. If the trash cans are full, please take out a trash bag, tie it tightly, and place it next to the trash can on the terrace.
The cleaning staff will clean up after you check out, so please do not take your trash outside of the property.
★Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets.
Sanitary products cannot be flushed. Please do not flush a large amount of toilet paper at one time.
★Please do not move furniture without permission. Please keep your room clean.
★I am not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in the house.
★Please do not take any of the furnishings in the room with you.

Please treat my room as clean and carefully as if it were your own.
