House Rules
We ask for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
Infants under the age of two at check-in are free of charge.
Infants over the age of two at check-in are charged a fee.

This is a notice regarding guest check-in.
As a property under the Hotels and Inns Business Act (simple lodgings), we are required to record the guest's name, address, occupation, and dates of stay on a guest register. Guests visiting from overseas are required to present their passport.
In addition, hosts are required to ask guests who do not reside in Japan to present their passport (nationality and passport number must also be recorded on the register) and keep a copy of it. Failure to obtain a guest register and failing to comply with requests from the public health center or police station may result in a fine of up to 500,000 yen.
For this reason, guests whose names are not on the guest register will be charged an additional 30,000 yen via the accommodation reservation site.

2. It is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the number of people booked to stay or enter the house.
If we discover that you have exceeded the number of guests staying, falsely stated the number of guests, or entered the house beyond the number of guests booked, we may charge a penalty of 3,000 yen for each false or over-time guest.

3. Please Strictly Observe Check-In and Check-Out Times
★Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Please do not enter the room before then.
★Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please leave the room after that time.
　The room will need to be prepared for the next guest.
Please check out by 10:00 AM.
The room will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. We have also received many requests for earlier check-ins, and depending on the house's readiness, we can accommodate check-ins from 2:00 PM.

Recently, there have been many cases of guests not leaving by the 10:00 AM check-out time, and leaving 30 to 60 minutes later, resulting in delays in cleaning and check-in preparation.

For this reason, guests who do not leave 10 minutes after the 10:00 AM check-out time will be charged an additional 3,000 yen per 10 minutes via the accommodation reservation site.
Example: Guests who leave after 30 minutes will be charged an additional 9,000 yen.

★Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering. Do not wear shoes indoors.
★Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. Any damage caused by smoking, including cigarette odor, will require repair and cleaning, and an appropriate fee will be charged. Smoking is permitted in designated areas (smoking areas) in the garden on the premises. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.
★Please help us conserve energy. Please turn off the lights in unoccupied rooms. Please turn off the lights in bathrooms and open-air baths that will not be used immediately.
★Pets are not allowed.
★Parties and events are prohibited. Please keep your voices down and be especially quiet after 9pm.
★No more than the declared number of people staying is permitted.
★Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
★The use of items that may stain is prohibited.
★If something is spilled, wipe it up thoroughly and do not leave a stain.
★Please separate your garbage and place it in the trash cans on the premises.
The nearby garbage station is for residents' use. If the trash cans on the premises are full, remove the garbage bag, tie it tightly, and place it in the corner next to the storage shed at the entrance or in the garage.
Please do not take any garbage off the premises, as the cleaning staff will clear away the trash after you check out.
★Free parking is available for 5 cars with advance reservation and notification. If you park on the street off the premises, your car will be towed at your own expense, so please be careful.
★The parking lot expires at 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.
★Please turn on the exhaust fan when using the shower, jacuzzi bath, or open-air bath.
★Before using the jacuzzi bath or open-air bath, lightly shower and wash yourself off.
★Please turn on the exhaust fan when cooking.
★Please wash all used dishes and cooking utensils properly and put them back in their original place.
★Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Sanitary products cannot be flushed down the toilet. Also, do not flush a large amount of toilet paper at once, as this may cause the toilet to clog.
★Do not move furniture without permission. Please keep the room clean.
★When going out, be sure to close the windows and lock them with the electronic key, and check that they are locked. (The electronic key does not lock automatically when the front door is closed. Please press the lock state button.) I cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage within the house.
★Please turn off all lights when going out.
★There are no particular restrictions on WiFi. Please use it by entering the encryption key.
★Do not take any equipment from the room.
★A fine of 30,000 yen will be charged in the following cases.
1. When there is evidence of smoking outside the designated area (smoking area in the garden), such as odors, cigarette butts, or burn marks. Move the smoking area.
2. When there are complaints from residents, inquiries from neighbors, or a notice from the police about noise or nuisance.
3. When you enter the wrong building or house.
4. When large waste such as unused suitcases is left behind.
5. When persistent dirt or stains are discovered.
6. When damaged, burnt, missing, or missing items are discovered.
7. When illegal parking is detected.
*Our cleaning staff will check all items before check-in to ensure there are no malfunctions, breakages, or losses.
During cleaning, we check all rooms for any malfunctions, damage, or losses. If any malfunctions, damage, or losses are found after your check-out, we will charge you for the repairs.
*Unless you notify us at check-in, you are solely responsible for all incidents during your stay.
Please treat my house with the same care and attention as you would your own room.

Internet Connection: FTTH access line service and internet connection service using the optical telecommunications network provided by NTT East.
Internet connection service is provided via WiFi (IPv6 option) with a wireless LAN built-in router.
There are 5 free parking spaces. The power gate for vehicles is 2.08 metres high, so vehicles must be under 2 metres tall to pass through the gate. Please be aware that in winter, the height of vehicles that can pass through the gate will be further reduced due to snow accumulation.
