ご予約成立後、私どもより「住所、入室方法、宿泊に関する注意事項や守るべきルールなどを記載したEメール」を送付します。これは予約サイトより自動で送られる「予約完了メール等」とは別のものです。とても大切なことが書かれていますので、必ず全て熟読し、グループのメンバーと情報を共有してください。
メールが届かなかったり不明な点がある場合は、チェックイン前に必ずご連絡ください。

【正しい人数でご予約ください】
2才児以上は大人1人と同じ料金になります。お子様の人数も正確にご申告ください。
※最近ゲスト数を少く申告する予約が多発しています。チェックイン後に人数超過が発覚した場合、過失・故意に関わらず、超過人数×宿泊日数×2倍の宿泊費を追加請求させていただきます。お支払いいただけない場合は無銭宿泊として警察に通報します。
※ゲスト数の過少申告を防ぐため、ベッドメイキングはご予約されたゲスト数に基づいて行われます。

【宿泊名簿のご登録のお願い】
ご契約成立後、詳細な案内メールを送らせていただきます。その中に「宿泊名簿のご登録」の案内がございますので、宿泊者全員の情報のご登録をお願いいたします。
これは日本の法律（旅館業法 第6条）により、宿泊者名簿の記録と保存が義務づけられています。宿泊者全員の登録を行っていただかないと、ご宿泊することはできません。お客様都合によるキャンセル扱いとなりますので、返金にも応じません。
これは私たちの独自の判断では無く、行政からそのように指導されているものです。

【お車でお越しの際は、必ず事前にご連絡ください】
駐車場は、近隣の有料駐車場をご利用ください。
違法駐車には厳しい地域です。絶対に路上駐車しないようお願いします。

【カギの受け渡しについて】
カギは部屋の入り口にあるキーボックスからご自身で取り出していただきます。
現地で直接ホストからカギを受け取ることはありません。
キーボックスはダイヤル式のロックがかかっており、WEBから手続きすることでその番号を取得します。
手続きをするURLを事前にメールでお伝えしますので、必ずご確認ください。
手続きでわからないことがあればメールでお問い合わせください。
ただし防犯上の理由で、キーボックス番号そのものをお答えすることはできませんのでご注意ください。

【チェックイン】
チェックイン時間は16時～21時です。
この時間以外のチェックインとなる場合は必ず事前にご連絡ください。
（ご希望の時間によって有料となります。）

【チェックアウト】
10時までにチェックアウトをお願いします。
10時以降になりますと追加の清掃料をお支払いしていただきます。
事情により10時以降になる場合は、予約時にご相談ください。

【滞在の手引き】
足音が響いて住人の迷惑になるので、階段は使わずエレベーターをご利用ください。(階段は非常時のみ)
建物内は全て禁煙です。おタバコはご遠慮ください。
室内は土足禁止です。外靴は玄関の入り口で脱ぎ、スリッパに履き替えてください。
宿泊者以外の人を宿泊中に建物に入れないでください。お部屋の近郊に家族、友人が住んでいても、建物内に招待することは禁止です。
家の中の「STAFF ONLY(スタッフオンリー)」と掲示している場所は、施錠の有無に関わらず、中に入ったり戸を開けて中の物を取り出したりしないで下さい。
大声を出したり、音楽やTVを大音量で流さないでください。
※騒音で住民からの苦情があった場合、20,000円の違約金を請求いたします。今後の運営に大きく支障をきたすため厳しく対応させていただきます。
トイレの使用時、トイレットペーパー以外のものを流さないでください。トイレパイプが詰まった場合は修繕代を請求いたします。

【ゴミについて】
ゴミが出たら必ずキッチンのゴミ箱にまとめて捨ててください。絶対に建物の外に持ち出さないでください。ゴミ捨て場に出す必要はありません。こちらで処理します。
ゴミ分別の日本の規則はとても厳しいです。ゴミは次のカテゴリーに分けてください。
1. 燃えるゴミ
2. プラスチック(無料コーヒーカップ、トレイ、ビニール袋など)
3. 瓶・缶(ペットボトル、ガラス、スチール)
4. 紙類(紙袋、段ボール、商品の箱など)

【キッチンの利用について】
キッチンで使用したものは、洗って元の場所に戻してください。
調味料は冷蔵庫の中にあります。使用した後は冷蔵庫の中に戻してください。
調味料や食器や皿、スプーン、フォーク、箸、マグカップなどの備品は絶対に持ち帰らないでください。
電子機器の不調はすぐにメールで連絡してください。
皿やマグカップなど破損した場合、清掃時に次の宿泊者が怪我をしないようチェックをしますので、必ずご連絡下さい。少数の破損で賠償金を請求することはありませんが、隠したままチェックアウトした場合は請求いたします。

【無料コーヒーについて】
エスプレッソマシンは館内で飲む場合に限り自由にご利用ください。
大量に作り、水筒などに入れて持ち出すことはしないでください。
コーヒーポーションは備え付けのマシン専用のものです。持ち帰らないでください。

【外出／チェックアウト時、火災防止のため暖房設備は必ず電源を切って下さい！　違約金がかかります】
冬期は火災防止のため、暖房設備を付けたまま外出していないかどうか係員が巡回してチェックします（事前に入室の連絡をしますが、人命に関わる重大なことなのでゲストの応答が無くとも実行されます）。
暖房設備を付けたまま外出していた場合は違約金10,000円がかかります。ご注意ください。
またIHコンロ、ヒーター、照明、エアコン、その他の家電製品の電源をすべてオフにしてください。
水道の蛇口をきちんと閉め、水が漏れていないか確認をお願いします。
全ての窓を閉め、玄関のドアにカギをかけてください。

【ご退出前に】
ゴミは正しく分別してください。
すべての器具をもとの場所に戻してください。
モバイルWi-Fiをもとの場所に戻してください。（モバイルWi-Fiは絶対に持ち帰らないでください！　後から返却しても、機械がこちらに到着するまでの日数分の損害賠償が請求されます）
ヒーター、エアコン、照明、その他の電化製品の電源をすべてオフにしてください。
キッチン、バスルームの水道の蛇口をしっかり閉めてください。
自分の荷物の忘れ物がないか、もう一度チェックしましょう。
窓を閉めて、カギをかけてください。
ドアを施錠し、ドアのカギはキーボックスに戻してください。

【観光に関する案内】
こちらで観光案内はいたしませんので、事前にご自身で計画を立ててお越し下さい。
お部屋にガイドブックが用意されていますので、それらを参考にして下さい。
ご質問はメールでのみ対応します。
事故や怪我など緊急の場合は、各種公共機関へ直接ご連絡してください。

当店は施設内における事故、盗難について全責任を負いません。
宿泊中、備品数のチェックなどでホストが入る可能性があります。ご了承下さい。

[Careful Reading of Emails (with Attachments) Required]
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email with details about the "address, entry instructions, important notes about your stay, and rules to follow." This email is separate from the "reservation confirmation email" automatically sent by the booking site. It contains very important information, so please read it thoroughly and share the details with your group members. If you do not receive the email or have any questions, please contact us before check-in.

[Please Make a Reservation for the Correct Number of People]
Children aged 2 and older are charged the same rate as adults. Please accurately declare the number of children as well.
*Recently, there have been many cases of guests declaring fewer numbers than actual. If the number of guests exceeds the declared number after check-in, we will charge additional fees for the excess number of guests × number of nights × 2 times the accommodation fee, regardless of fault or intent. If you do not pay, we will report it as a free stay to the police.
*To prevent underreporting of the number of guests, bed-making is based on the number of guests you have booked.

[Registration of Guest Names Required]
After the contract is established, we will send you a detailed guide email. This email will include instructions for "registering the guest names," so please provide information for all guests. This is required by Japanese law (Hotel Business Law Article 6), which mandates the recording and preservation of guest lists. You cannot stay if you do not complete this registration. This will be treated as a cancellation due to your convenience, and no refunds will be given. This is not a decision of our own but is directed by the authorities.

[If You Are Arriving by Car, Please Contact Us in Advance]
Please use the paid parking lots in the vicinity. This area is strict about illegal parking. Please do not park on the street under any circumstances.

[Regarding Key Exchange]
You will retrieve the key from a key box located at the entrance of the room. You will not receive the key directly from the host on-site. The key box has a dial lock, and you will receive the code for it through a URL we will send you in advance. Please check it carefully. If you have any questions about the procedure, please contact us by email. However, for security reasons, we cannot provide the key box code itself.

[Check-in]
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you need to check in outside these hours, please contact us in advance. (Additional fees may apply depending on the desired time.)

[Check-out]
Please check out by 10:00. After 10:00, additional cleaning fees will be charged. If you need to check out after 10:00 due to special circumstances, please consult us at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply depending on the desired time.

[Guidelines for Your Stay]
Please use the elevator instead of the stairs to avoid disturbing other residents with noise (stairs are for emergencies only).
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please refrain from smoking.
No shoes allowed indoors. Please remove your outdoor shoes at the entrance and switch to slippers.
Do not allow non-registered people into the building during your stay. Even if family or friends live nearby, inviting them into the building is prohibited.
Do not enter or open any rooms marked "STAFF ONLY" regardless of whether they are locked.
Please do not make loud noises or play music or TV at high volumes.
*If there are complaints from residents about noise, a penalty of ¥20,000 will be charged. Strict measures will be taken due to significant disruptions to future operations.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. We will charge repair fees if the toilet pipes become clogged.

[Regarding Trash]
Please collect all trash in the kitchen trash bin and do not take it outside the building. There is no need to take trash to a disposal site. We will handle it.
Japan has strict rules for waste separation. Please sort the trash into the following categories:

Burnable Trash
Plastic (e.g., disposable coffee cups, trays, plastic bags)
Bottles and Cans (e.g., PET bottles, glass, steel)
Paper (e.g., paper bags, cardboard, product boxes)

[Regarding Kitchen Use]
Please wash and return any items used in the kitchen to their original places.
Seasonings are available in the refrigerator. After use, please return them to the refrigerator.
Do not take any seasonings, utensils, plates, spoons, forks, chopsticks, mugs, etc., outside.
If there are any issues with electronic devices, please contact us by email immediately.
If any plates or mugs are damaged, please let us know so that we can check for safety for future guests. We will not charge for minor damage, but if items are hidden and not reported, we will seek compensation.

[Regarding Free Coffee]
You may use the espresso machine freely if consuming on-site.
Do not make large quantities and transfer them to bottles or take them out.
Coffee pods are for use with the provided machine only. Do not take them away.

[Fire Prevention When Going Out/Checking Out: Be Sure to Turn Off Heating Equipment! Penalties Apply]
During winter, we will check for fire prevention to ensure heating equipment is not left on while you are out (we will contact you in advance but will check regardless of guest response due to its critical nature).
If you leave heating equipment on while going out, a penalty of ¥10,000 will apply. Please be cautious.
Also, turn off all other appliances such as IH stoves, heaters, lighting, air conditioning, etc.
Ensure that all faucets are properly closed and check for any leaks.
Close all windows and lock the front door.

[Before Your Departure]
Please sort trash correctly.
Return all equipment to its original place.
Return the mobile Wi-Fi to its original place. (Do not take the mobile Wi-Fi away! If returned late, you will be charged for damages incurred while the device is not in our possession.)
Turn off all heaters, air conditioners, lighting, and other electronic devices.
Ensure that faucets in the kitchen and bathroom are tightly closed.
Check for any forgotten personal belongings.
Close windows and lock the door.
Lock the door and return the key to the key box.

[Tourist Information]
We do not provide tourist information, so please plan your activities in advance.
A guidebook is provided in the room for your reference.
Questions will be answered by email only.
In case of emergencies such as accidents or injuries, please contact public services directly.

[Disclaimer]
We are not responsible for any accidents or theft occurring within the facility.
Hosts may enter to check equipment during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

Unlike hotels or ryokans, “vacation rentals” are based on the concept of "hosts and guests collaborating to stay affordably in a private residence and benefit mutually!"
