* A deposit of ¥50,000 per reservation is required for guests booking 13 nights or more. If there is no damage or staining to the facilities or equipment after use, the full amount will be refunded. If there is any damage or staining, the amount will be refunded minus the actual cost of restoring the property to its original condition.
② Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged from 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Check-in will be handled by Alpenya. After check-in, you will be escorted to the Geihoku Sei Lakeside Stay House and given the key. For details, please see "Check-in Instructions" below.
■About the Accommodation
The Geihoku Sei Lakeside Stay House is located within the Royal City Geihoku Sei Lakeside Resort, in the West Chugoku Mountains Quasi-National Park Special Zone, one of Hiroshima Prefecture's most beautiful landscapes. Surrounded by a dense forest of deciduous and broad-leaved trees such as oaks and maples, enjoy a relaxing, slow-paced lakeside experience, immersed in untouched nature and natural hot springs.
◎About the Accommodation Plan
Limited to one group per day, the entire property can be reserved exclusively for up to four guests.
The accommodation fee is for the entire building, not per person.
The total amount per night (including fees and consumption tax) varies depending on the number of nights you stay.
- 6-12 nights: ¥20,800/night (20% discount off the base rate of ¥26,000)
- 13-29 nights: ¥15,600/night (40% discount off the base rate of ¥26,000)

- Meals are not included in the accommodation rate.
- Check-in and check-out dates are set up to two months in advance. Please note that if you select a check-in date exactly two months in the future, you can only select a check-out date up to the following day.
- Towels and linens are changed weekly. On the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th days, our staff will deliver replacement linens and collect your used linens. During these times, please wash your linens in the on-site washing machine. Additional towels and linens are generally not available.
- Towels and linens will not be replaced for stays of 6 nights.
- Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the recycling bin in front of the shared salon. No on-site staff will collect it.
◎ About the Room
The building is a two-story, 2LDK (total floor area: 150.91 m2).
Enjoy your stay in a house surrounded by the forest, complete with a large wooden deck.
# Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen
From the living room window and the spacious wooden deck that extends from the living room, you can gaze upon the greenery of the forest, take in the scent, and experience the extraordinary feeling of forest bathing without leaving your home.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils, so you can enjoy cooking. Condiments are not provided; please bring your own.
# Bedroom
There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom on the first floor and a Western-style room on the second floor.
1st Floor - 8-tatami Western-style room: 1 semi-double bed, 1 single bed
2nd Floor - 8-tatami Western-style room: 2 single beds
# About the Bath (Hot Spring)
At Geihoku Lakeside Stay House, you can enjoy natural hot spring water in the bath. The water is alkaline and simple. We provide water suitable for neuralgia, fatigue recovery, and lower back pain.
*Please note that guests may be required to clear snow during snowfall. We appreciate your understanding.
● About Meals
・Guests who wish to cook: You can use the on-site kitchen.
・BBQs and fires are prohibited indoors or outdoors, including on the wooden deck and in the garden.
・Guests who wish to eat out: Staff recommend the following restaurants. (Please check the opening days and hours for your own convenience.)
- Masamichimura: A cafe on the shore of Lake Hijiri, renowned for its curry and beef stew. Enjoy meals and tea time while taking in the beautiful view of Lake Hijiri.
- Kari Ochaya: A hand-made soba restaurant located in the Yawatahara Plateau.

There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance.

When making a reservation, please include the number of guests, including any children sharing beds. If you have children who will be sharing beds, please do not include them in the reservation number. Please inform us by message after your reservation is confirmed.

- Phone number of the representative (contact number on the day)

◎ Check-in
Please check in at Arupen-ya. After checking in, you will be escorted to Geihoku Seikohan Stay House and given the key. Visiting Geihoku Seikohan Stay House directly will not grant you entry.
We will inform you of the location of Arupen-ya after your reservation is confirmed.

# An area where you can experience untouched nature and the breath of the forest. The Geihoku Lakeside Stay House is located in the special area of the Western Chugoku Mountains Quasi-National Park in northwest Hiroshima Prefecture. Mount Garyu, Japan's southernmost beech forest, retains its mystical atmosphere; Sandankyo, a scenic spot with a rugged landscape of clear streams, rocks, and greenery; and Lake Sei, where the mountain scenery is reflected on its clear waters. It's also a treasure trove of countless flora and fauna, and an area where you can experience firsthand the breath of untouched nature and the forest.

・Lake Hijiri: A man-made lake with a varied shoreline, including inlets and capes.
・Hachimanbara Marsh: Approximately 10 minutes by car. Iris colonies (best viewing from late May).
・Sandankyo: Approximately 25 minutes by car. In addition to the "Five Great Spectacular Views" of Kurofuchi, Sarutobi, Nidan-taki, Sandan-taki, and Mitsutaki, this nationally designated Special Place of Scenic Beauty boasts a series of impressive valleys.
・Shinnyuzan: Approximately 18 minutes by car. Mount Shinnyū, a gently sloping 1,153m mountain rising east of Sandankyo, is the site of Hiroshima Prefecture's largest fire festival, Yamayaki, every spring.
・Yawata Highland 191 Resort: Approximately 5 minutes by car. A snow resort with a variety of courses and kids' slopes, perfect for families and advanced skiers alike.
・Osorakanzan Ski Resort: Approximately 30 minutes by car. This ski resort offers a spectacular downhill experience on Mount Osorakan (1,346m above sea level) in the Nishi-Chugoku-Sanchi Quasi-National Park.
・Iji Rice Terraces: Approximately 40 minutes by car. Selected as one of the "100 Best Rice Terraces of Japan" by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

・We ask that only those who have made a reservation in advance refrain from staying overnight.
・Please thoroughly wash the provided tableware and cooking utensils and return them to their original location after use.
・You are free to use the provided fixtures and electrical appliances, but please handle them with care.
・We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or theft of personal belongings, whether indoors or outdoors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
