[For guests staying multiple nights]
Hiroshima Shoten may use the bookstore as a rental space between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for photography and other purposes.

If you are staying multiple nights, you may be required to check out and check in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Vehicle Noise]
As our facility is located along a national highway, there is traffic noise during the day. Traffic decreases and the area is relatively quiet at night, but trucks may pass by late at night or early in the morning.

[Regarding the Furniture in the Facility]
As we operate an antique shop, we also sell antique furniture displayed at Hiroshima Shoten. Therefore, the furniture in the photos may differ from the furniture actually on display. We appreciate your understanding.

[Guest Access]
The entire building is generally reserved for private use, but some restrictions apply.
・Closed spaces: indoor wet rooms, shelves, etc.
・No-entry areas: storage areas

[Self-Check-In & Self-Check-Out]

Since the property is exclusively reserved for one group per day, you can enjoy the property with peace of mind without encountering other guests.

[For Guests with Pets]
Dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed in the tatami room, but they are welcome on dirt floors or wooden floors other than tatami mats.
*Please bring a cage or crate for your pet to sleep in.

As there are neighbors, please be careful not to make noise.
The national highway facing the property is heavily trafficked. Please be careful not to let your pet escape.

[Regarding Fireworks]
Handheld fireworks may be enjoyed in the gravel area surrounding the gazebo.
Please note that due to the proximity of other facilities, please be careful with open flames.

[Regarding Tap Water]
Hiroshima Shoten's tap water is not suitable for drinking. Please use the bottled water provided in the refrigerator and sink.

[Regarding Hot Water]
As the water is from a well, the amount of hot water available is limited.
If you use a large amount of hot water at once, it may run out.
After a while, water will collect in the well, and you will be able to use it again. Please conserve water as much as possible.
If you are unable to use the shower, we will provide you with access to a separate shower room.

[Other Notes for Use]

- We do not provide loungewear for after bathing, so please bring your own.

- Smoking is prohibited indoors, but smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

・In accordance with the Inns and Hotels Act, we ask all guests to fill out a guest list upon check-in.

・International guests are required to present their passports.

・The property is located along a busy national highway. For this reason, we may be unable to accommodate guests with a large number of children compared to the number of adults, due to safety concerns.

・In the event of a natural disaster (typhoon, earthquake, heavy rain) that makes it unsafe to stay, we will accept rescheduling even on the day of your stay. Furthermore, if we determine that safety cannot be guaranteed, we will consult with you about rescheduling your stay. (Cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.)
