The reason I decided to start running an inn is because I’m very fond of “Kominka”, a type of traditional houses that can be found mostly in country towns. Since Hakuguri Itakura is a Kominka, I decided to turn it into an accommodation for tourists.
The inn is located in Takayama, not far from Mount Norikura.
I hope you will find at Hakuguri Itakura what you can’t find in your every day life.
I like to say that there might not be much in Takayama, what you will find here is greatly valuable. And if you ask me what there is to do, I’ll tell you that this depends on you!
Open the door of Hakuguri Itakura and start the journey.
