・Indoor shoes are not provided, so please bring slippers or similar.
・Please wash dishes and cooking utensils after use and return them to their original location.
・As the property is surrounded by forest, there are many insects, especially in the summer.
・Although we have taken measures to prevent insects, mosquitoes, horseflies, cockroaches, spiders, centipedes, etc. may appear.
・Please bring insect repellent spray or insecticide and take other measures to prevent insects. If you are extremely sensitive to insects, please refrain from using the property.
・You may lightly fold your futon after your stay, or leave it as is.
・Sheets will not be changed for consecutive nights (up to 4 nights). For stays of 5 nights or more, sheets will be changed at 10:00 AM on the 6th day.
・Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building.
・The use of BBQ grills is prohibited inside the building.
・Open fires and fireworks are prohibited on the premises.・You do not need to clean up the BBQ grill, but please take any food and drinks you brought with you. Please leave charcoal inside the grill.
・Please refrain from using karaoke, radios, musical instruments, etc. at high volume.
・Please be careful not to leave cash or valuables in your car.
・You may be asked to pay compensation for damages to equipment or fixtures on the premises.
・Please be aware that El Mas Alto VIRA IZUMI cannot be held responsible for accidents, theft, or fires that occur during your stay.

Parking Information
・The road in front of the property is a private road. Please park on the side of the road, using the designated parking space as a landmark.

Pets

・Only indoor dogs and cats that have been vaccinated against rabies and other infectious diseases within the past year are allowed to stay.
・Please refrain from bringing your dog or cat into the room during their period.
・Please wipe your dog or cat's paws thoroughly before entering the room.
- If your pet marks or defecates anywhere other than the pet sheet, please clean it up using the cleaning tools provided in the living room on the second floor and attach the contact sticker provided in the living room on the second floor to the affected area.
- Do not let your dog or cat sit on the bed.
- Please refrain from bathing or shampooing your dog or cat in the guest room bathroom.
- Please note that you may be charged a reasonable amount for any damage or soiling caused by your dog or cat to the facilities, furniture, or fixtures.
- Always use a leash on the premises (except in the guest rooms and the dog run) and make sure your pet does not run away. Please be sure to bring a leash with you.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog or cat's excrement.
- Please note that we may refuse accommodation if any false information is provided in your application or if you violate these terms and conditions during your stay.
・In the unlikely event that harm or damage is caused to another person's belongings, please be sure to resolve the matter responsibly between the parties involved. Please note that the facility cannot be held responsible.
