Guest house Hanbog is a fully remodeled 53-year-old vacant traditional Japanese house.
While traces of its past as a traditional Japanese home can still be seen throughout, the building has been reborn with plenty of modern elements.
The photo shows a room, but the listed price is for renting the entire building.
In addition, the guesthouse offers the most beautiful view of Mount Bandai, Fukushima Prefecture's most iconic mountain, unobstructed by buildings or other objects.
A wooden deck facing Mount Bandai is also available, where you can enjoy BBQs and bonfires.
There are three rooms in total, all equipped with a refrigerator, air purifier/deodorizer, and air conditioning.
There's also an affiliated hot spring inn just a three-minute drive away. Please let us know when you make your reservation and we'll make arrangements for you in advance (a separate day-use bathing fee applies).
Nearby, you can also use the property as a base for activities like the Inawashiro Craft Beer Hall, the Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Museum, the World Glass Museum, the Kingfisher Aquarium, the town-run ranch, and Inawashiro Ski Resort.
You can send a message directly to the host. Please click here to inquire about this facility before applying for a reservation.
