① We accept reservations for stays of two nights or more. We do not accept reservations for one-night stays. Thank you for your understanding.

② Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are unable to accommodate check-ins after 8:00 PM.

③ Our staff are not stationed at the property. We will come to check you in at your estimated time of arrival. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time in advance.

■ Ikimura HIRAODAI
This house is located at an elevation of approximately 360 meters in Hiraodai. We have renovated it to create a space that evokes a sense of “Japanese tradition” and “relaxation,” so that our guests can enjoy a comfortable and leisurely stay. This spacious, private house can accommodate up to 15 guests.

You can use the entire property as if it were your own vacation home. Whether you’re traveling alone, with family or friends, or hosting a retreat or study group, please use it to suit your needs.

Our staff will not be on the premises except during check-in and check-out, so please feel free to enjoy your stay.

■Facilities and Amenities
We have two Japanese-style rooms, three wooden-floored rooms, a dining kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. You can relax and enjoy your stay as if you were at home.

◇Linen
We provide two face towels and one bath towel per person. (Please bring additional towels if needed.)

◇Amenities
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and pajamas.

◇Other Amenities
Washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioner, electric fan, oil heater, heating appliances, and kotatsu

■Accommodation Rates
The base rate is per person per night. Meals are not included in the accommodation rate.

◇Child Rates
Children 3 years old and under who can share a bed with an adult stay free of charge.

If you have children 3 years old and under, please enter the number of adults in your party when submitting your reservation request. Please include a note in the message indicating that you have children 3 years old and under who will be sharing a bed.

Children 4 years old and older are charged the same rate as adults.

■ About Meals
Please feel free to cook in the kitchen at home. We provide a full set of cooking utensils, as well as plates, cups, and glasses. You are welcome to bring your own ingredients and cook to your heart’s content.

*BBQ Equipment Rental (for a fee)
We have a designated BBQ area next to the lawn.
We offer rentals for BBQ grills, charcoal tongs, food tongs, tables, chairs, and fire pits for a fee. Please send us a message if you are interested.

[Grocery Shopping]
For groceries and daily necessities, we recommend “Ken-chan no Mura Fresh Food Market,” a 10-minute drive away. It is a butcher shop that carries Fukuoka’s famous “Kokura Beef,” and you can also purchase fresh local vegetables there.

■Check-in and Check-out
◇Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please note that we cannot accommodate check-ins after 8:00 PM.

Our staff will welcome you in person to complete the check-in process. Since staff are not always on-site, they will come to accommodate your arrival. Please be sure to let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

◇Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
A staff member will be present to assist with check-out.
Please inform a staff member of your check-out time either at check-in or by the day before check-out.
