This is Wakasa Province, Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, Hokuriku Region.
Koharu, a traditional Japanese inn, is nestled in the mountains of Obama City.
Built at the end of the Meiji period, this renovated traditional Japanese house is now a home-owner accommodation where the host couple continues to live with their 91-year-old parents.
The inn can accommodate one group of four guests per day.
Enjoy a relaxing time, forgetting the passage of time, as you gaze upon the natural scenery of the four seasons and the nostalgic, unspoiled landscape of the countryside.
The host couple and their parents live on the first floor of the building. There are two guest rooms on the second floor, so you'll stay under the same roof, but you're also welcome to chat over a drink after meals.
4 single beds
