●About the inn
We run a gourmet restaurant specialised in raw fish, which is a rather expensive dish. We also do catering. We use fresh fish caught in nearby waters, and we put all our heart in the preparation of each dish. That is why we would be more than happy if you'd come and try our cuisine!
The Stay Plan for this booking is called ""Ike-zukuri course"". (Ike-zukuri means raw fish slices.)
The menu varies according to seasons but most of the time it's Flathead lobster and Slipper lobster dishes, served with grilled red snapper or a broth of sea ruffe.
Fresh slices of raw fish, tsukedashi and soup are also served as side dishes.
For breakfast, we serve a Japanese spiny lobster miso soup!
