Please contact us if you would like to reserve only Building A or only Building B on weekdays.
*Please select the cleaning fee based on the number of guests staying from the options. (A fee of 1,304 yen per person, regardless of age.)
*This plan is available on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during the summer. Both buildings, Building A and Building B, are rented to one group per day.
*The same price applies for up to 10 guests.
*An additional fee of 6,520 yen per person will be charged for guests staying with 11 or more guests.
*There is no additional fee for children under 6 (preschoolers).

*If you do not abide by these rules, you may be asked to leave immediately. (In this case, no refunds will be given.)
*We cannot accept reservations for minors alone; please make sure you are accompanied by an adult.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted only in designated areas, where ashtrays are provided.
*If evidence of smoking or cigarette butts are found in non-smoking areas of the facility, we will charge you for cleaning and replacement costs (wallpaper, curtains, sofas, cushions, blankets, air conditioners, etc.), as well as any damage to the facility caused by the restoration.
*We apologize to foreign guests only, but our staff are not fully fluent in foreign languages. Please make your reservation accompanied by an adult who can speak Japanese.
