We have prepared insect repellents and other measures to keep insects away, but please be aware that in addition to insects, animals such as muntjacs may also be present in the garden.
Please be careful when walking in the garden, as some plants have thorns.
-Smoking is only allowed on the wooden deck. If you smoke, please clean up after yourself. If you are found to be littering, you will be charged 5,000 yen.
-Please be considerate of the neighborhood, as there are public facilities and residences in the vicinity. We would like to rent the room to people who can stay calmly. If you want to have a party with loud music, please find other accommodations.
-Please note that the use of the garden and wooden deck is limited to 21:00.
If the hosts notice any noise, they will ask you to leave immediately. If the noise is not corrected, you will be asked to leave immediately.
-Please note that there are antiques, old fittings, shoji screens, etc. in the rooms. If you find any damage or stains during your stay, please inform us before checking out.
The host will check the room and will charge 30,000 yen if the damage is not reported or is deemed to be malicious.
-Please consult us in advance if you intend to use the room for purposes other than lodging (training, camps, filming, etc.).
-We rent out bicycles, but the user is responsible for any falls, collisions, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental process, and we cannot shift the responsibility to the lessor or claim compensation for damages. Please use the rental unit with care.
-Please be aware that we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the rental unit or on the premises.
Guests' access to the premises
The hosts live on the same premises. Please note that the hosts live on the same premises, which are partitioned off by fences and are therefore private spaces, but may be patrolled for safety reasons.

-We are obliged to report guest information to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Law.
