## ABOUT
When I went to Canada to visit my friend, I thought it would be nice upon returning to open a B&B of my own where guests could stay and experience farm life in Japan.
So I have opened my home to guests from around the world to come and stay at my country B&B, experience farm work and learn more about culture in Aomori.
Tsugaru's culture is a very easy-going culture. You can spend your time without worrying about the surroundings. The kitchen, the bath, the rooms are also shiny and spacious. It is a new and comfortable house, and I always look forward to meeting new guests as a cheerful Tsugaru mother. I would like to talk and introduce many things to you, and give each guest an authentic experience of
Aomori/Tsugaru culture!

## MEALS
■ Typical dinner menu: Mainly local cuisine and Goseo Sanboshi (low-calorie healthy food created on the basis of local traditional dish mushroom soup). Vegetables are mostly homemade.
■ Winter menu: In addition to the regular menu, add carrot soup, burdock, sea bream, and steamed eggplant
■ Recommendation for dinner: A soy sauce-flavored soup containing 13 kinds of ingredients such as Goseo Sanboshi → mushrooms, bamboo shoots, burdocks, carrots, pork, minced pork with seasoning, etc.
■ Breakfast regular menu: The standard is shellfish grilled miso (freshly made on Gotoku) and the usual breakfast of the farmhouse
