GUEST HOUSE Akarenga is located near the Kakunodate Samurai Residences in the southern tip of Semboku City, at the intersection of National Route 46, which heads toward Lake Tazawa, Hachimantai, and Morioka; National Route 105, which connects Mount Moriyoshi and Ani with Omagari, famous for its fireworks; and Mizuho no Sato Road, which runs through the countryside of the Semboku Plain and heads toward Yokote and Masuda.
This accommodation is perfect for those traveling through Akita and Iwate by car, those planning a car camping trip, or those looking to relax and enjoy nature amid the rice fields of the countryside.

The guesthouse occupies one section of the owner's home, and is fully equipped with a guest entrance, toilet, bathroom, etc., so you can use it with peace of mind.
*The parking lot can accommodate up to three cars. One of the lots is an RV parking lot (7m x 4m) that can accommodate large campervans, and the adjacent carport can be used as a campsite. Bonfires, charcoal barbecues, and fireworks are prohibited. Power outlets and the guesthouse's toilets, bathrooms, and sinks are available 24 hours a day.

Two single beds are available.
In the space next to the beds, there are two mattresses that can be folded up and used as a sofa. Use the two mattresses as a relaxing space, a play area for children, or a space to sleep on with two futons laid out.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, and noise after 8pm, including in the parking lot, and pets are not allowed.
For cooking indoors, please only use the provided microwave, toaster oven, and electric kettle. Portable stoves, hot plates, induction cooking heaters, and camping burners are not permitted indoors, but they may be used in the carport if the carport is used as an option. Bonfires, charcoal barbecues, and fireworks are not permitted.
We had a wonderful stay.
The host was very kind and took the time to introduce all the facilities in the house. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. In the morning, it was especially nice to step outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
This is definitely a place I would highly recommend.
