1 minute walk to Samurai Residence Street. It is the best location to enjoy Kakunodate.
The first floor is a living room, bath, kitchen, toilet, and 1 Western-style room (2 single beds) The second floor is a room with 2 Japanese-style rooms (4 sets of futons). It can accommodate up to 6 people. Weeping cherry blossoms, deep green, and autumn leaves look beautiful from every room.
In addition, a 10-minute walk to the free-flowing hot spring "Kakunodate Onsen" Convenience stores and restaurants are also nearby.
The Taisho Romance-style building with a rat and cat theme is meticulous in detail and delights guests.

夢のような時間
どこを見ても細部の意匠が凝られていて、美しい夢のような時間。大正ロマン、昭和レトロ、クラシック、アートな空間でぜいたくな時間を過ごしました。一泊なので外食したけれど、タイルがかわいいキッチンだったので、自炊すれば良かったなーと思います。アメニティも必要なものはすべて揃っていました。

細部までこだわり抜かれた内装や、貴重なインテリア、アンティークの数々に感動し、館内を見て回る時間も特別なひとときでした。
滞在した日と翌日はあいにくの強い雨でしたが、オーナーご夫妻が親身になって相談に乗ってくださり、おかげで翌日の予定を無理なく練り直すことができました。
空間の美しさだけでなく、随所に思いやりが感じられ、心から「泊まってよかった」と思える滞在になりました。
