About meals
Meals are served in the tatami room in the common space.
Dinner 18:00-20:00, breakfast 7:00-9:00.

Seasonal menu
Spring: steamed vegetables and sashimi, shellfish, others as
usual
Summer: fried papaya, fish soup, pickled vegetables,

Autumn: one-pot dishes, curry, grilled meat
Winter: udon noodles cooked in a pot, oden
Recommended: brown rice, grilled fish, mozuku vinegar,
pickles (bitter gourd), miso soup, tempura (vegetables)

About ◎MINSHUKU MINATO
This is an old traditional Okinawan house.
This traditional house is 40-50 years old and has a beautiful
exterior view,
The plants are diverse, so please have a look!
Also, unlike urban areas such as Naha, you can see the rich
natural landscape of Okinawa.

I am good at cooking, so please take advantage of the meal
plan.
If you wish, I can teach you how to pickles using various
vegetables.
I also like to chat ('chat' in Okinawan dialect).
I would be happy if you could spend a pleasant time while
chatting with me.

◎About the rooms.
The accommodation is owner-occupied.
Two bedrooms (4 and 3 people).
There are no locks on the bedrooms.

Where @Minshuku Minato is located
It is located in Nakijin Village, 110 minutes by car from Naha.
There are no shopping malls or large entertainment facilities,
It is a beautiful village with unspoilt nature and scenery.
Because it is located in the northern part of Okinawa, it has
excellent access to tourist attractions, beaches and islands in
the north.
Up to 6 persons can be picked up and dropped off within
Nakijin Village.

Sightseeing spots
