「Shiinoki」is a home-stay with owner type.
Dinner and breakfast are included in the room rate.

○About meals
Dinner: The dishes make use of Japanese tea and plenty of vegetables, guest will taste the delicious local food.
Homemade rice, Nanban chicken (Miyazaki's famous food), Mexicali (cooked by deep-sea fish).
In winter, hot pot dishes and soba noodles will be served.
Breakfast: Chagayu (rice porridge cooked with tea), homemade pickled plums

〇About this accommodation
「Shiinoki」wants to sharing the traditional Japanese tea dishes and culture with others. Therefore, the owner-run this home-stay, and welcome the guest from the world.

Appearance of the「Shiinoki」is a purely Japanese style house. Inside the house, there is a wide entrance, a brazier, and a Japanese-style room with an alcove.
Adjacent to the tea plantation, guests can relax and enjoy the view of the lush green tea plantation.

〇 Experience menu
-Tea brewing & roasted green tea making experience @1,000 yen
We will teach you how to brew sweet tea, and guests could enjoy brewing delicious tea at home.

-Soba making experience @1,500 yen
The experience includes making tea soba and making soba.
“Tea-soba” making is very recommended for guests.

* In addition, we have many Japanese tea experience menus, please contact us when making a reservation.
(Example) Bread making of powdered matcha, tea tempura, pasta made by tea (Japanise), etc.

One Japanese-style room, up to 4 people can stay.

All staff will do hand washing and gargling, and the room is ventilated as much as possible.

There is a 1.2 km walkway that circles the river.

In Ninomaru Square, there is a stone wall with a height of 22m, which is called “The Stone Wall of a Thousand Kills ".
330 cherry trees are planted around the “The Stone Wall of a Thousand Kills ", this is a popular place when cherry blossoms in spring.
In Nobeoka Castle Ruins, there are camellia groups, which is one of the Japanese three largest camellia groups. The others are Inotaki in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture and Matsue Castle Ruins in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.

Many people come to pray for business prosperity, voyage safety, academic achievement, and prayers for safe delivery.
Many local festivals are held at this shrine, such as Gion Matsuri, Hachiman Matsuri, and Nobeoka Toka Ebisu Festivals, etc.

-Nobeoka Botanical Garden
Nobeoka Botanical Garden is located in the west of Nobeoka city.
There are more than 30 observatories, promenades, lawn plazas, etc.
During the "Nobeoka Flower Festa" held in spring, about 20 kinds of 50,000 flowers are in full bloom in the park, also, the guest could enjoy the flowers of each season.
Wild vegetable tempura events also held in this garden.
