① Surf fishing
Kasagi Ryokan is located in Fukumura, the mecca of surf fishing! Black sea breams, Caramel drummers, Rabbitfishes, Threeline grunts, Mackerels, Yellowtails, Red sea breams, Sillaginids... there are many species of fish living by the rythm of the seasons in these waters.
You can fish from both the shore and the pier.

The beaches/bathing areas are crowded with bathers during summer.
・Awashima Beach
　Walk about 5min to find the peaceful Awashima beach (inside the quasi-national park), and enjoy swimming in its shallow waters.
・Kitanowaki Beach
　West Japan is known for its beauty, and so is Kitanowaki beach. A 10min car-drive will take you there.


■Around the ryokan:

Kasagi Ryokan is located in the eastern part of Anan city, Tokushima prefecture, near the Awashi coast.
Sportspeople and businessmen are very welcomed too!
・JA Aguri Anan Stadium is a 20min car-drive away.
・A 15min car-drive will take you to Nichia Corporation's heardquarters, the chemical engineering and manufacturing company, one of whose employee got a Nobel prize in Physics 2014. Drive for 10min to reach Tatsumi Weaver Corportaion's factory, and 15min to reach the thermal power station.

・The closest station is the JR Anan station
The ryokan is a 5min car-drive and a 10min bus-drive from the JR Anan station (get off at the "Ōjiseishi Seimonzen" bus station →王子製紙正門前).
