Odate is the largest producer of Hinai-jidori chicken, one of the three tastiest chickens in Japan and the Must for the Kiritampo hot pot. For dinner, you can enjoy the Kiritampo hot pot with plenty of Hinai-jidori chicken, grilled Hinai-jidori chicken, seasonal local fish, and other local dishes!
Just a 5-minute walk away from our house, there is a direct sales outlet called "Cheerful mothers' shop", run by local farm mothers. There, you can buy fresh farm products as well as many processed goods.
