The Neighborhood

It's very quiet residential area. My neighbor has some nice cats and you can spend time with them.

Around the apartment, there's a bowling alley, supermarkets including the one that is open 24hrs, convenience stores, and even police station and fire department are in the neighborhood, so this is a trusted neighborhood.

Getting Around

This apartment is situated in an convenient location, only 10-minute walk from Kamata Station.

Other Things to Note

-Smoking is only allowed at the 3rd floor balcony. Use the silver bucket shaped ashtray, and please make sure that all the cigarette ends are soaked in the water. If you smoke anywhere else in the house, $50 will be charged to you.
-The neighbors are right next to the balcony, so please be quiet not to bother the neighbors when you are out there.

We offer a free Portable Pocket WiFi for the length of your stay so you can have internet access while in the apartment and when traveling around Tokyo.
