子供を含む家族4人で宿泊した。設備は十分であり、掃除は一般的なレベルであると思われる。ただし、フローリング床のためベッドの下のホコリが目立つ。この掃除が行き届けば、十分に良い民泊施設である。
私が気になったのは、チェックイン、身分証チェック、写真撮影、
エントランスからの入場、部屋の入室のパスワードを理解するのに
ややスムースに行かない場面がある。このことは他の宿泊者でも同様であり、システム上の不具合なのか、セキュリティ上のチェックポイントなのか理解できない。入力がそれ以上進まない方が何人もいた。おそらく宿泊者の多くが、コールセンターに一度は電話をして確認をする場面があるだろう。これはコールセンターの負担になるばかりであり、株式会社百戦錬磨に改善の余地があることを申し上げる。
