During your stay, please refrain from the following actions to ensure you don’t get into any trouble and don’t disturb your neighbours.

1. Don’t use anything where you light a fire inside the room
持ち込みコンロや火器等危険物の使用
2. Don’t bring the following items
下記の物品のお持ち込み

Any kind of animals or pets
動物、鳥類その他ペット類全般
Smelling or unhygienic things
悪臭を発したりする不潔、不衛生なもの
Large quantity of items
著しく多量な物品
Easily flammable substances or oils
発火または引火しやすい火薬類、油類、または危険性のある物品
Any kinds of illegal weapons or swords
拳銃、刀剣およびこれらに類する物品の持ち込み
Anything that might threaten the safety of the neighbours
その他近隣住人の安全性を脅かす可能性があるもの
3. Don’t make any trouble by using drugs that might have influence on your neighbours
睡眠薬その他の薬物等使用により、近隣・宿泊物件敷地内の住人に迷惑がかかる行為
4. Don’t do any activities that cause loud noises that might disturb your neighbours
近隣・宿泊物件敷地内の住人に迷惑をおよぼすような声高、放歌、喧噪などの行為
5. Gambling and other common immoral activities are not allowed
賭博、および公序良俗に反する行為
6. Don’t use the facilities and equipments for some other than its original purpose. Refrain from moving and any other action that changes the original form of the room or might cause anything to break.
宿泊物件内の諸設備、備品などを本来の目的以外の用途に使用したり、他の場所に
移動または異物を取り付けるなど現状を変更する行為や故障の原因となる行為
7. Refrain from staying at the room while having an infectious disease
伝染性の疾病などにかかっている方の入室
8. Don’t do any selling or advertising in the neighbourhood
近隣・宿泊物件敷地内に広告物や物品等を配布、掲示、展示、販売する行為
9. Don’t neglect something in the neighbourhood
近隣・宿泊物件敷地内における私物の放置や投棄
10. Don’t put up any items or goods that might change the appearance of the building or Room
物件の外観を損なうような物品などを外部に向けて掲出する行為
11. Don’t take pictures that might disturb the neighbours
近隣住人に迷惑がかかるような写真撮影
